Hello Loungers!

Have all the songs on your Time/Life 80's collection memorized? Loved that music, and still do? Still want your MTV?

Then look no further! Your humble lounge Sonofabeech has created this thread to give all who want it, an 80's party - With Sonofabeech as your DJ!

Here's how the station (thread) works -

To get things rolling, I will add 3 - 4 hit videos as named links to this or later posts. Just click on the link of the artist and song you want! Videos of the 80's on demand, just for you!

Want to make a request? Fine, we love requests at the SOB station! To make requests, just do this -

1) Post your requested artists/songs in a post and I will do my best to to find the link(s) and add them in a later post to the thread.

2) Re-visit later, and when your link or links have been highlighted in my follow-up post, your video is ready for you!

In radio/videos style, both of your requests may not be offered in the same post when I add the links, just so that more people have the chance to make requests and get their links added for them to play later.

This station will try to find the links you request, but will specialize in Rock/Pop/Country...

And you have my personal guarantee that the links will be accurately named at the time I post them. This means no risk of being RickRolled!

If someone wants to request Rick Astley, then the request will be handled like any other request, and the link will be named "Rick Astley" with the song when I post it later.

I may DJ a 90's link later, but let's get things going with the party right now, alright?

Of course, I can not control somebody adding links themselves, so there is a chance you might get RickRolled by somebody else.

There are others that I feel will not abuse this policy that will be added as "Guest DJ" when they become active in the thread...Guest DJ's that post links will not RickRoll you, either. Their links will be labeled accurately, too, so no one spoils the party!
