I remember one of my first trips to Target, my total was pretty low for the amount of stuff I had. The cashier, a young guy said he was impressed. I told him I would be sure to tell my roommate that because he's the one who taught me to shop like that. The cashier said a guy taught you how to shop like that ! Wow !

992's beep at my WMSCO however, they didnt used to when they first opened then about 6 mo ago they started not working.. HTH

Dh is the same way. Most of the time he's totally on board. Last week I was running a deal (for HIM--the proceeds went to him totally) and I got busy and asked him to run into the store and get it for me while I took a phone call for work in the parking lot. "No, I don't feel like it. Can't you do it?" It was straightforward stuff--nothing tricky. I just looked at him and Mad Mad Mad .
Last week I got these great Subway coupons and told him all about them cause he loves Subway. 2 footlongs for $8 or something like that. I gave him a stack to keep in his car. One day I see him come home with Subway, and I ask him, how did the coupons work? Coupons, what coupons? Blank stare. clueless. Spent $5 more than he had to....shake head

I'm pretty sure you can scan an item, then scan the coupon for it. That way you won't have to worry about the coupon attaching to the wrong item. If this is wrong, I'm hoping someone will say it doesn't work that way.

The first time I used the SCO with Qs, I attempted to scan my Q right after the product. I got the beep, screen freeze and cashier had to come over. I will say, that I was not as educated in how to use Qs at the SCO when I did this. So it could very well have been a Q that would beep, and I don't remember what it was. The cashier ok'd it though, and told me I can enter Qs at the end. So that is how I thought it was to be done, and have always done it. I have seen others say they scan the item then the Q. If they attach properly that way, that would be great to know. I've wanted to try it, but I'm going by the adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"!

Today at WM I had to stroll around the SCO looking at magazines, since the lines were busy and the nice attendant offered to check me out since I didn't have a lot of items! EEK! I told her I was still looking at magazines, and thanked her. laugh out loud

maybe someone will help me here....I have a question about the clean team coupons are using and what deal they are doing....I use these alot and would love a great deal....any help?

Buy 2 clean team over $3 and as many under $3 as you want after that. Then, use 1 $3/2 MFQ on each item.

Mine did NOT beep Sunday. I used 4 of them in one transaction. Just make sure you cover the right side and only scan the left. I forgot about that, and on my first coupon I got the message "limit exceeded, please set aside and continue". I almost Horse my pants and then I remembered about covering the right side. Once I did that, all went through with no problems. Smilie

Woot! One of my fave k1 happy stores still does not have the update...knock on wood. I forgot to pick up the durex play asstd lubes but kept the q in...i really wanted those lubes. Frown I figure they'll come in handy for some fun gifts.

Also found some really cute "hobo" style reversible canvas bags for 75% off at 2.48. I stocked up on them and will use them as gift bags to put all my cvs swag in.

silly non coupon users. will never get it.

I have been wondering.. I went to buy tide today and realized I only had a .35 Q for it! what gives...does tide not really have any Q's out? I just got a tiny bottle so I could go through my other qs because I realized the i think all is only what..$4 a jug? so many q's to paw through. but no tide!!! Angry oh and I heart the $2 clean and clear Q...

She asked where was my coupon, luckily I had the smaller $ coupon to show her to work, but I said just please remove the item I didn't know it was so and so much.

So now I wonder if I had been able to scan my coupon again, before the SCO lady came running over, if it would have worked right. Or did the lady really have to do what she did with her key.

When I get that "limit exceeded" the station is frozen until the cashier does whatever she does. I've tried scanning another Q quickly to see if it will read, but nothing happens. I've never seen the message to "set coupon aside and continue". Seems the SCOs are programmed a bit different at the various stores.

I could have sworn I saw something about some kind of snacks with Target coupons -- maybe individual packs by the registers. I'm blank, I spent about 2 hours last night and over an hour this morning searching both thread. Help! (I know about the AF little bags of cookies with the $1/2 and the Lipton tea, so its not those.)
