Rofl2 That is exactly what I do as well, but I don't have kids. . . so it's always pretty funny (just to me, of course laugh out loud) that I'm looking so intently at the little girls nighties and dresses, for like, 15 minutes or so before I check out.

I would love to be able to have some quicker T runs but I don't think I've ever gotten out of there in less than an hour. Embarrassment
It's usually just me at Target too. Yesterday, I spent time looking at strollers and toddler clothing too....LOL! It's been so long since I needed that department (son just turned 21) I felt funny in there. But we have to do what we must, to ensure a good check out lane!

Yes, that's the one.

Just had a TOTALLY CRAPPY run. Ended up leaving the whole entire cart there! Underweather Something about getting in trouble with the boss about taking so many q's and have to okay it with the LOD. Well, it was really kind of my fault. I had all my q's organized and knew which ones I wanted to use and would work, etc. but ended up with $186 worth of stuff in my cart!!!! How the HE%# did that happen. My AC would have been really good but it all q's were scrutinized and I had to go pick up my DD so I didn't have time. Weeping

The cashier was very apologetic but said they have had problems with Q's recently and needed to check them all out. This is a regular T which isn't always that busy in a small town. I have 3 others within 25 minutes of home but just went to the one near my house today. I guess I'll stay away from there for a few weeks or so and then go in with a SMALL load....(I don't know about you guys but when I get into T I get CRAZY with putting stuff in my cart). Okay, rant over.....I'm starting my new mantra....MODERATION, MODERATION, MODERATION!!!! Mad

Devilmomma, you rock as always got your PM.hug I'll check the mail!!!

I feel the same way about the T closest to me. Last week, as soon as I start putting my stuff on the belt, the famous "red phone" rang! Guess what that means... Anyway, the girl was new and was nervous about the "instruction to carefully checking all the coupons from the coupon lady." Nothing beeped, as planned, but she kept asking ME, "I think you had these, right?" Of course, dear. Smilie

So, this week, I did 2 small runs in one day to test out the new cashiers, at different times of the day. I have been laying low with limited coupons, so for now, they are leaving me alone somewhat. We'll see how long that will last...

For a "small run" today, I had 30 qs total = 12 Joint Juice, 12 Sobe, 2 flameless, 4 Ziploc, & 4 Tropicana. EEK!

2nd small run, I had 35 qs = 12 Joint Juice, 4 Sobe, 4 Ziploc, 5 Goldfish, 4 Orville, & 3 Cracker crisp w/ 3 TQs.

OMG! I guess it's not so small once I actually count the coupons. I didn't even fill up 1/2 of the cart. Scratchhead

After I got home today, I got a phone call and on caller ID, it's from "TARGET STORE..." EEK! I don't have any prescription, no photo, and know no one there.

It was a new store that just opened and I think their new number is Target's OLD #.Ermm

How bad is this? I was in Target last weekend for 2 hrs, and never got to the other side of the store!!! I never made it past H&B, Food, Paper, and cleaning supplies! Now that's bad!

It doesn't seem like a lot of coupons until you add them up, does it? I had a huge run last weekend, hadn't been there in 2 wks, and I know I had a lot of coupons. I didn't realize just how many until I added them up. Literally a little over 100 coupons! EEK! I think it took me a half hour just to check out. It didn't help that my cashier was a date and item checker! Mad

Tried the AF trial bag coffee with the TQ, it beeps. Manager checked me out and was cursing under his breath that the stupid coupons never scan, he was manipulating the barcodes with his fingers, but still had to K'1 most everything...no problems he was very nice. This is the Same Target that has been super scrutinizing, it was about an hour before close, so maybe he was just too worn down by all the other coupon pushers to care. I miss the old target, no hassles just free crap.

Went to Wally SCO for the first time. CWS worked like a champ! But slap me around and call me Sally, my unit would not even recognize or scan the Tyson or the HP paper coupons! I use these both at T without a problem....any ideas on this??

Walmart had some pampers (old Style) on an end cap marked down by a couple of dollars sizes 2 3 4 5 6, still not enough of a deal for me though.

So I thought that none of the WalMarts in MD had SCO (I figured it was just for SuperWMs). Anyway, tonight I'm trying to catch up on entering our mountain of receipts into Quicken. As I'm looking at a receipt from my husband's quick stop at WM Easter wknd, I see "WalMart Self Check-Out Fast! Easy! Fun!" at the top. I say to my DH, "I never knew that WalMarts around here have Self Check Out". He says yeah... the one in our town has them! I never go to the one in our town (across the street from T). I only ever go to ones in the next county over...

Hhhhmmm... maybe I do need to pay att'n now to all this WM SCO chatter... laugh out loud

i'm probably going to have one of those 100 coupon checkouts tomorrow. i haven't been there in a couple weeks either. EEK!
i also have some recently expired johnson's coupons to use. i know they'll beep, but so does everything else in my pile. my cashiers have never look at dates, so i think i should be fine with those being it's only been a few days... Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Boy, what some of you consider small runs! For me using 30 Qs is a large one...LOL! If I have 12-14 Qs, the cashiers are like "Wow, that's a lot!" Some day I'd like to visit a Super T, there are none in my state. I'm sure those cashiers are used to seeing a lot of Qs.

No T today for me, I'm just doing my research and taking notes for next time. I did go the WMSCO today, 3 times, yes 3! I got home from my first run, and went back with DH, and then we each did a transaction. It's time consuming, since our SCOs max out at $20 coupon savings. You hit that fast with Qs for $5, 3.50, 3, etc. I am wanting to stock up on Tyson and Kraft Cheese, and a few other usual suspects. I'll take tomorrow off from there...LOL!

I now recognize one of the plain clothes security guys at WM. Saw him following a teen girl there the other night. She was acting suspicious, I saw her down the travel/trial aisle and cosmetics. And she didn't look like she was just shopping. She was as obvious as the security guy who was following her. He was crouched down at ends of rows, watching her from around the corner. He was on his phone with security at the cameras, and he was watching her on the overhead cam while she was in the cosmetic area. It was quite humorous. DH left me to shop and he followed them for entertainment. So I get to the store today, and see that security guy right away. Hope I never see him following me or asking to see my Qs!

We got home and I made the Tyson Fajitas that I got with the Tyson Q! They're in the freezer case, and come with 6 tortillas, a bag of onions/peppers, and a bag of meat. They are nothing like restaurant or grilled home made fajitas, but you know what? For $1.58 they were pretty darned edible!

A few Walgreens questions:

1. Did anyone buy Zantac today? I wonder you still get the $3 RR?
2. Has anyone had them refill black inkjet and are you happy with the quality? I use HP56 and was thinking of having them refill it for $10. I've always used HP cartridges so far.

My only refills from Walgreen's have been the free ones.

On my HP 3600 deskjet black cartridge that Walgreen's filled once, the ink was not registering to the top, and it did not seem as much Ink.

Hubby took the HP 3600 colored cartridge for his free one, and it failed the print test, but I took it home and it registered full and seemed to print OK.

On my recent HP deskjet 5440 cartridge black refill, the cartridge passed the print tests, but at home my printer does not recognize any ink being in it. I know it has ink, because it prints the black fine. I guess I will know it is empty when it dose not print anymore. I hope getting them refilled does not mess up my ink level measure.

Now again my Hubby took the color cartridge for this printer for his free one, but we have not tried it yet as I have colored ink still. This cartridge also did not pass the print test, when I picked it up, but again I guess I will try and see if it works when the time comes.

I asked what does not pass the print test mean, since I got my first colored cartridge to work. The photo guy said it is some kind of print test they perform, and if it doesn't pass this test they won't charge for the refill, however; there is still the chance that the cartridge might work. I figured the first time on the old printer it was worth the try. I am more weary on my newer printer, as at least this one prints good, but I guess I will give it a try when I need it.

Also since I don't have any super Targets around, 30 or so coupons would also be a larger run for me. I also agree that it doesn't look like I have anything in the cart when I am using 15 coupons, and I think that sure looks like a lot of coupons for what is in the cart.

Thanks for the inkjet refill input. My printer works great, and my Qs always scan well. I am hesitant to have WAGS refill it, and then have a problem. Still debating.

I know whatcha mean...whenever DD is with me (13 yo) we head to the registers and walk by and then walk back and then head to a check out and then someone else steps in and then go to the accessories department and then she thinks she is getting a new purse and then I tell her no and then I see my opening and then I ditch my kid in the accessories and then I unload my cart like a crazy women and then, and then and then...does that make me Crazy

I agree a small run would definitely be 30 q's. Heck if you use MQ & TQ that is only 15 items. I don't know about y'all but I use a q on every item in my cart (except meat & produce Sadwalk) at my local grocery stores. It is not unusual for me to have 50-75 q's there. I think my average at T is 50.

Trang, PM me I have some $1/2 Powerade q's from a tearpad...hoping you have my measly pet q for trade LMAO It's all about the barcode baby!

So I got hurt at work last week and have been home trying to recover. They have me on painkillers and muscle relaxers which means I can't drive. Thus I am at the mercy of my hubby. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) Well I needed gas in my car, so tonight we went to the Costco, which happens to be right next to the Target. He asked if I wanted to stop in and I said no because I was in too much pain. OMG That was his expression. He was like, I guess you really are hurt laugh out loud I told him that I wanted to check for juice, but that I wasn't sure that cheap juice was worth it Sadwalk
