You're welcome. Enjoy those qs and put them to good use. I saw the cans of Bush's Beans today at WM and they're HUGE and tall, for $1.25. The Rug stick is $13.68.

I used a total of $30 in Qs at WM today. I had a nice cashier, who looked at the qs and kept saying, "wow, this is good." - even after she read them and most of them don't match with anything in my bags. Cool

Still haven't test out how the BOGOs work at WM.

It prompts for the cashier to enter the price, regardless of whether you are at a live cashier or the self checker.

Thanks for that info. Still new to WM - a resource to dump the qs that I won't have to use at Target. laugh out loud

Regarding your problem with the lost coupons - you should ask them to check the drawer for those. The same day would've been easier, so I'm not sure if it's possible to find them the next day.

Many times, the TQs may stick together and your partyware TQ may have been missed.

Good luck kicking their butts tomorrow! We want a youtube version of that scene.

I will be on the phone and see how serious they will take me - once I take out the whip. Numchucks
Keep asking for the person's manager or boss if you don't get anywhere. If you don't get satisfaction with the next person, ask for their boss. Rinse and repeat until you have a new phone. And don't let them try to tell you the manager isn't there. There is ALWAYS a higher up available.

Good luck and kick their arse! hug

I think I'm gonna try a cashier next time. sco didn't like me last night so it can't be any worse. I need to use up some of these coupons at a place other than target before my mug is hanging on the breakroom wall! EEK!

ok, so when people say they found a tearpad, they mean they actually take the whole tearpad?
if so...haha, that would help explain why the WAGS keep all of them behind the counters and treat them like gold. (no CVS or riteaid here)
speaking of wags tearpads.. i found one stuck on the little soda fridge up in front for $50/2 20 oz. pepsi products. mfg exp 6/30.
(ymmv using it elsewhere as it says walgreens on it, but does have instructions for retail reimbursment for other places)

and uh.. when i find a good tearpad, i don't take the WHOLE thing.. but where i am tearpads are few and far between so i would say when i find them i take about half the tearpad.look around

got a flat tire out in the boonies yesterday evening. i had just dropped my son off with his dad and was going up the onramp to get back on the freeway to go home and all of a sudden i hear this BOOM!! i thought to myself.. oh crud, that can't be good. pull over way to the side of the road and sure enough my back tire was flat as all getout. EEK!
i didn't have a jack in my car, and i was too far from any service station for AAA to want to tow me without charging $8/ mile (at the distance i needed to be towed it was going to end up around $400). oi vay, i pay them over $1500 a year for car insurance and roadside service and that's all they could offer me? i told the lady to forget it, i'd just wait around for the 2 hours it'll take for my husband to come 'save' me.

lucky for me, i had brought a book so could provide some form of entertainment for myself. so.. dh finally comes. has no clue how to change a tire any more than i do. breaks out the owner's manual to my car. curses at the nuts, the tire, the donut, ME for leaving the glove box open and almost killing my battery because of the little light that comes on in there. it was actually quite comical watching him. nod
as for me, while he was doing that.. i walked around and took pictures of stuff. i even came across a little bunny rabbit. i heard him rustle in a bush, so i slowly walked up to it to flush him out and then took pictures of him when he was in a visible place. too bad the file size is to big to attach here, he was pretty cool. Cool

i walked all up and down that onramp and never did find what in the world i had run over to pop my tire. i took it to goodyear this morning, expecting the worst and that it probably couldn't be patched since it was VERY obvious 1 1/2 inch slit in the tire. the maintenance guy said there was an even bigger gash on the inner tubing when they opened it up. so i was right in that they weren't able to fix it.
i just bought a full round of new tires 4 months ago. thank goodness i had added on a "road hazard" warantee for an additional $10 a tire. my tires were $100 a piece, so with just this one that had to be replaced, that warantee has already paid for itself. goodyear replaced my tire completely free of charge. and this new one also comes with the road hazard guarantee. i heart these guys right now.

i've had flat tires before, but usually due to running over nails or something and the air leakage was slow and not noticable until i went to get in the car again. this was my first flat tire of this magnitude i've ever experienced while driving. it was kind of scary, but all things considered i was very lucky it didn't happen while i was actually on the freeway or in any kind of traffic. (it just kind of sucked to be out in the middle of basically nowhere when it happened LMAO )

so anyway, dh and i learned how to change a tire together yesterday and that was our slick deal of how to save $400. and.. i saved $100 by spending $10 more on that tire. Big Grin

and that comes down to today. obviously last night i was rather without a car (other than driving it slowly home). i didn't get to go to the grocery store as i'd wanted to so today after a couple hours of battling i finally enlisted dh to do some couponing with me to make up for it. laugh out loud
he HATES using coupons, he is humiliated and frustrated by them so badly that really would just rather leave him at home and do all the shopping myself (which in normal circumstances i do). so.. in return for doing my coupons so we could make double runs at 3 different ralph's, i let him pick strawberry nesquick vomit instead of chocolate.

then we went to the theatre and saw Narnia. which of course was FREE with the safeway tickets. Cool
i think it was better than lion, witch & the wardrobe; i liked it.

Yeah, I saw that WAG tearpad too. Was entirely in B&W so it kinda looked "fake"-- think it would definitely be YMMW using it elsewhere, but it was a MQ.

As for tearpads, definitely depends on how many there are and whether or not I know it's definitely a Q I'll use. If there are multiple pads and a Q I will surely use (like Kmart/Duracell Q) I'll take an entire pad. If there's one pad, I'm more likely to take about 1/2 of whatever is there. I feel bad if I take a bunch and then end up tossing them. Frown

I got a flat tire like that once in high school. I didn't know what it was so I just tried to drive on it. laugh out loud Totally trashed the tire. No one could figure out what I possibly could have done to rip it up like that, and I wasn't talking. laugh out loud

Glad to know the new narnia is better. I know I'll have to see it (DH is a total sci-fi/fantasy geek) and I was totally traumatized by the first one. The killing of Aslan was a very traumatic moment in my childhood (when I read the book) and re-living it wasn't fun. Frown I really think they should warn kids about stuff like that-- though I guess today it's probably nothing compared to what most kids see. I think I was sort of sheltered at that age. Blush

Yeah, I set it up so that it was $3.33 off, meaning the remaining balance was $6.66, but thanks for the double check nod I am an attorney, but haven't had to take math since senior year of high school!

It's Verizon and we have been with them forever. It really depends on who you talk to and if they care. I just didn't know what my reasonable options are. The one person that gave us the run-around was a store manager. Mad He started to tell me HIS sob story about his broken TV, after the warranty period. Like I cared!!!!

I will be on the phone and see how serious they will take me - once I take out the whip. Numchucks
Let me know how it works out. We are going through the same thing with them right now. And my idiot DH walked in the store the other day, I told him not to spend a dime and he let them talk him into replacing his broken phone with a $120 LG. He's dead meat and now I have to go to the store and argue.

Isn't there a 14-day try-out period for the phone? You can do a full return if you are still in that period.
