If you dont see meanymore its because my 15 mo old gave me a heart attack. He has discovered climbing. He pushes toys over to my TV center that has shelves and climbs up them. I have pulle dhim down twice already. I gave him a new ball I got a Target the other day to distract him, thankfully its working.

On another note we live on the 2nd and 3rd floors of my building. The baby's room is on the 2nd floor and he has 1 window. Our place is older so all the windows have shelf ledges on them, which my cats love, but it also makes it a great place for a toddler to climb up on.

Anyone know where I can get some kind of window guard? I looked at Babies R Us and they didnt have anything. The online stuff is for these metal bars and they were 50 bucks each. I am usually always in the same room as him, but you know accidents happen in a split second. I am esp worried about his room and if for some reason he got out of his crib and the window was open, sigh. I also dont have central air and have no idea what I will do for him when the summer comkes to keep it cool

Thanks for any ideas and help!
Oh Stormy...PLEASE make sure ALL of your dressers, entertainment centers and anything else like that, are fastened to the wall with little support straps. There have been WAY too many reports of toddlers opening the drawers in the dresser and climbing up, only to have the dresser fall over on top of them! Same thing with the entertainment center.

I wanted to get you to a 12 step program and fast! LMAO

Then again, when DH & I fly together, we have beer for breakfast at the airport Blush

I just received my Certificate and it expires July 13, 2008.

Has any one used their certificate at Target? If yes, how did they handle it since it is in the form of a check?

So We're out of town right now and of course I NEED to shop at the target here - but the airline only allows us 1 bag each so I'm wondering what I should buy since I don't have a lot of extra space. How do you guys that travel a lot handle this dilema?

I did convince dh not to bring a lot of diapers b/c I wanted an excuse to go to Target!

How do they handle the similac checks? Basically, like a coupon, right? I would imagine it would be used in similar fashion.

True. I guess I just figure they've never seen one of these and I don't think it lists which toys are hasbro on it so if I get the wrong cashier it could go south - although that is always the case at target! laugh out loud

I think my store has one of the more sophisticated updates.
I bought 2 Bounty, 2 Tide to expensive crest toothpastes, and a lot of of other things. I gave him 4 CWS and he scanned them all, none beeped and 2 are on my receipt. I have to return the expensive toothpaste now. Did this happen to anyone else. My two coupons attached to one Tide and one Bounty.
Thanks for all your help.
if bounty and tide were grouped together like 2 bounty and 2 tide then 1 cws each would have attached and the other 2 might be on the bottom of the receipt....correct me if i am wrong..still learning...

i have noticed the like items get grouped together on the receipt...does the system do it or does the cashier do it.....also if i buy 2 items and they are grouped together, and i have a cpn for each, one attaches and the second one goes at the bottom of the receipt....but does it beep.....

just like CVS, you should give the similac check after you are done with all the coupons you have. once the cashier puts the similac check the system won''t take any other coupon it freezes.

Dontknow

I have only Targeted while traveling once. That was when I was in Denver. I did not buy one single thing for myself, rather, everything I bought was divied out to family that lived in the area or that were close enough that they drove.

I can't wait to go home to the land of SuperTargets! We have been in SoCal for 2 years now and I really really really miss ST Crying2

I would totally do that but my dh is here on business and we don't know anyone. Thinking about leaving stuff for the maids at the hotel. LMAO

And I feel you about SoCal and no super T's. I grew up there and my mom still lives there and I had never seen a super T until this past year (in FL and NC). I *think* they were going to build a super wm but it got shot down - maybe b/c of unions or something. Dontknow Any idea why there are no supertargets there?
