Of the 30 coupons in my piles, 29 of them are BOGOs!
First, posting in ALL CAPS is considered yelling on the internet and it is not polite.
Second, nobody is really jumping down your throat. I'm sorry you feel that way. The poster offerred up coupons as a thank you to some of the people who have helped him/hr on the boards. You were more than welcome to pm the poster to see if they wanted to send you a coupon, but you really don't fit the bill as someone who has helped him/her if you have no posts.
I appreciate that not everyone here can help all the time. I for one am usually shopping with my 19 month old and can almost never post about clearance or great finds because it is all I can do to get in and out of the store without ending up in a straight jacket. But I try to help by sharing other things, such as what happens with the coupons I use or hypothesizing as to whether a certain q might work a certain way or helping figure out what order to put things or coupons in. Nobody expects you to always be contributing but if we see you post a few times then we will realize that you really are here for the long haul to help out with the deals.
If you really are here to help find deals, then do it. Don't hold grudges because the only one you'll hurt is yourself and your bottom line.[/QUOTE

c. I'm having a really tough time right now with people not being good/kind to one another-although I'm sure she didn't mean it to be nasty. So many people/doctors were so unkind/lacked compassion for my brother & our family & I'm overly sensitive these days because I miss him so much-he was only 44 & so handsome & kind-he always treated people with kindness& respect and I just wish some others could have given Bob the same courtesy.

First, I apologize for coming off rudely if I did. But I started on these boards (yes, as a lurker) in March of 07. Joined in August. In that time, there have been MANY MANY people who come on, post once (IF THAT) to get something for free and disappear.. never contribute a thing. And here was a good Q and I saw you with 1 post asking for that Q.

I did convince dh not to bring a lot of diapers b/c I wanted an excuse to go to Target!
I have, however, bought things like granola bars and fruit snacks. Take them out of the boxes and you can fit a whole bunch in a suitcase.

I brought with me one of the several Reynolds Handi-Vac sealers I've acquired lately to give to my sister.
As I packed my suitcase, I put the sealer in there, and then thought, hmm, now what batter-powered device does that look like?? (To the untrained eye, of course.)
So I wrapped it up in the little piece of cardboard that the instructions were on so there wouldn't be any questions.
On the way home, I found that the Evansville, IN airport is the only airport I know of that searches each and every person's bag-- and they make you stand there and watch while they do it.
I was really glad I'd already given the sealer to my sister-- I could just imagine the series of questions I'd be getting if it was still in my bag.
I did that on Sat with febreeze, I had two big ones and a small one and put the smaller/cheaper one last and it took off the price for the cheapest one.
