I haven't been out yet. I have had one older lady that was great and a couple of older guys that were great as well, but your right I heart most of the young ones.
Yes I have been limited to Friday night or the weekends. I tried the other day because I had to go to the pharmacy and this older women told me I need to read my qs better.LMAO I was ready to die laughing because she was scanning an etq. She wouldn't take the hefty q on the trial but had just taking the big bag on the ziploc. I feel bad but those younger ones see my huge pile of qs and get their finger ready to K1 and then are like wow. It's all in the planning. Thanks

Since this is a Chit-Chat thread....I thought I'd share something funny.

I have 2 DD's, one is 12 and one is 9-1/2. Well, the 9-1/2 year old comes home from the school the other day wearing a heavy sweater with a tank top underneath and whips off the sweater and says, "Mom smell my armpits, I STINK". Now my older DD had to start wearing deodorant at 8 because she was an early bloomer....but this younger DD has never had this problem until NOW!!! PHEW!!! Faint

I said, "You do stink!!!" She starts jumping up and down yelling, "I get to wear deodorant, I get to wear deodorant", runs upstairs and tells my older DD and then runs OUTSIDE and tells the neighborhood kids screaming, "My armpits stink, I get to wear deodorant!!!"

Well, I've never seen ANYONE so happy that they stunk before!!! (Needless to say I made her take a shower right away and put on her deodorant...she was so FUNNY!) AND, I had to explain to her that you DON'T just run around yelling stuff like that!! LMAO

Thought I'd add some comic relief to our little thread! Grouphug

At My Target usually the best cashiers are the college and high school kids. Has anyone been today and are the younger cashiers working at your guys T? I have no luck at mine with the older women?

OH! I have a target story!! Whee

I went to a regular T 3 hours from where I live since I was on vaca, and went to ring my stuff up. had a nice older lady...she k1'd through everything! the supervisor came over because she had questions but pushed everythign threw..so i was happy. turns out i left my visa at the cabin!! so I had them hold the stuff.... wasn't sure if I wanted to go back or not..until I realized I left my ENTIRE coupon container there..so had to go back. The lady at customer service pushed everything through too! It made me wish I would have added a few more Q's in there but ah well gotta start somewhere Smilie

and as for who I pick for a cashier, I go for the ones who look like jokesters!

Posting this 'cause I remember we had a conversation about it a few months ago.

If you are wanting to subscribe to All You, this is a pretty good deal on it, and 40% of the cost goes to the school (or other organization) you choose: http://www.qsp.com

There's a thread about it here: https://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?threadid=830155

I've done this before, and I just put in a renewal a few minutes ago.

If anyone out there doesn't know, All You is a magazine sold (in stores) only at Walmart. They've got great MQs (and lots of them) almost every month.

I recently signed up for a free trial of All You, I can't wait until it comes. I haven't purchased one yet, but flipped through it at WM once. I'll probably get hooked and subscribe! Thanks for the heads up. I really appreciate the various heads up in this chat thread. I used to spend so much time in Hot Deals, but since doing more couponing, I just don't have time to keep up. Target thread is the one that usually keeps me up on everything out there!

You might send a private message to allyn9. She has a teen daughter who also posts here on SD, and they do a lot of the contests/sweeps. Maybe she has some information on teen friendly sites for you!

OK I had a life today and didn't check in till now. What drama did I miss on the deals thread? Looks like whatever it was is deleted.

Praying my P10 q's are in mail tomorrow AND that my store doesn't have the 3TQ per transaction update. That will suck royally. I'm thankful all my schick bogo MFQ are gone at this point, it would have really stunk to have a pile of those and not be able to use them.

Must combine GC tomorrow too. I have 60+ varying amount sitting here.
