To vegetarians: If beef could be produced like milk without hurting the cow, would you eat it?

Many vegetarians don't eat meat "because it has a face". Say meat could be produced without hurting the cow, much like how milk is. The cow goes on living and doesn't even notice it's been harvested. Would you eat it?
This isn't a theoretical exercise but something we are on the brink of being able to do.

Cancer is everywhere now despite the major decline in cigarette smoking. It's not just a moral or ethical issue but a major health concern. Thanks to Monsanto and the hormones in our food you have women giving birth to 15 and even 19 pound babies. Remember when 7 pounds and a few ounces was normal? I'll stay with my non-contaminated organic non-GMO and hormone free milk. Greener pastures indeed.

Soybeans are the most heavily sprayed crop in the world next to corn. Monsanto is the devil.
ETA: I do eat fish, shrimp and chicken. Red meat once a month.
But if the face tasted like bacon I would eat that as well.

and when comparing ingredients the chorizo will make you gag. (pork lymph nodes, salivary glands...)
I was over a month premature, back in the good old days, and I weighed a little over 7 lbs.

There was a survey once that repeatedly asked questions surrounding addiction and cravings for... Dr. Pepper of all things. At some point you realize it's not just caffeine.

I remember when I was a kid, my mom used to get margarine to be healthier. Now I keep reading about how margarine is one of the worst foods ever and that we should eat butter instead. I wonder what foods we think are so healthy for us now will be considered terrible for us in ten years.
I'm allergic to soy, as are a lot of people. You might want to warn your friends before serving something with soy in it, just in case they are allergic.
