How many wings can you eat? Pizza slices? Burgers? Sushi?

Tonight I made hot wings for dinner and ate three, and a spoonful of macaroni salad. I (lightly) chastised my husband for eating 6 wings and then wanting to eat more. Yes, they are unhealthy and no, I don't make them very often, but the bigger question here is, how many is too many? If I had eaten one more, I would have thrown up.
When we get pizza, I only eat one slice. I'm not a huge fan of pizza but that's not why I don't eat more. I just feel like one slice is enough.
When we go out for sushi, I eat 3 pieces. Not rolls, pieces.
But I know so many people that boast about being able to eat a whole pizza, or 20 chicken wings, or 2 burgers, or 2 dozen oysters, etc.
That Nathan's hot dog eating contest? Yeah, I would seriously die after the third one.
How do those people not explode?

that said, i'll have weird evenings when it seems like i can keep eating with no end. during one of those, i had a full one-pound (after cooking) burger, a side of fries, and 3-4 large breaded chicken strips, and i could have kept going. i haven't had one of those nights in quite some time, though.
i think it's crazy when i go out with friends and someone only eats a single slice of pizza or something off the child menu that has less than ~400 calories. i guess it's OK if you have a pretty sedentary lifestyle, but if they do that regularly and have an active lifestyle, i don't know how they do it. when playing sports or working out, i can definitely tell when i haven't been eating enough.

on Pizza it depends on size/division of pie, large lunch sided slices at local place 1-2, smaller slices/pie 2-4 (think dominos).
Burger usually a quarter pounder with fixings and I'm good.
I'm really into Mexican food, a good burrito I could eat pound to pound and half. At Chhipotle, can put down a double steak burrito pretty easily, thats generally over a pound.

Man, I haven't Little Caesar's in ages! I like their pizza but omg, have you had their breadsticks? They are so delicious. Holy cow.
They are probably my favorite of the frozen pizzas. I know there are other ones that are probably considered way better and all that but for some reason, I've always loved these.
