If I'm understanding it right, I should just make many small purchases instead of one big one? I mean, I'm within walking distance of Safeway and Albertson's from both home and work, I can make multiple one item purchases each day. Is that the best way to build up tickets? I mean, I gotta win one of the smaller prizes right? Plus I could always luck out and get that sweet $20k college tuition.
