NOTES:
Live Check-ins
Starting with Viggle app version 3.23.0.1, the Live Check-in feature was removed.
Taxes and 1099s:
In October 2018, Perk started requiring users who have redeemed $400 or more to fill out a W-9 form here [perk.com]. Users who do not feel comfortable disclosing their name, address, and social security number to Perk should keep earnings below this threshold annually. Once this limit is reached, the user account is flagged and no further rewards redemption is possible until the W-9 form is submitted. The start of the new year (Jan 1) does NOT automatically nullify this requirement. At this time, it appears Perk does not report earnings to the IRS until earnings reach $600 or more as required by the IRS [irs.gov].

Viggle is long gone.......never to return as it was
I used groupon gift cards to order online some items on groupon.com. But groupon locked my account because they think that the gift cards were bought by credit card. They lock my account forever and they answered me that $ refund to card holder that end with 1542.
Anyone success order from groupon.com with Viggle's gift card?

if you are sure you got them from Viggle, then go back to viggle support and let them know and ask them to make good on the giftcards.
Either that, or you may have keyed in the wrong groupon number.

The system is total inadequate.
My recommendation is to force the issue, I would try to do a screen capture from giggle notification app, capture ur email with group on link to gift and capture gc send this with link to gc to them.
I know u did a lot of trading, I hope this wasn't one of them.
To soak I'm sorry I didn't mean to include ur quote, I responded to u yesterday and don't know why a day later my browser attached urs, sorry.
Just responding to person that said viggle and this thread was dead the other day.
Thank you for heads up.
Anyway, we now have to keep the app open for giggle and this recommendation also goes for all other apps by perk that have to be on unattended. I turned down the brightness to zero, it's seems on cell phones, at least androids, still puts out enough to see screen. In this way the battery does not drain as much, and the brightness does not draw ur attention as much.
Also make sure auto adjust brightness is off.

It's still hard to get my head around the fact that a 75-point ad is now 5 points. Yes, I know all about the point conversion. I still feel I'm earning a lot less now than before Perk took over, and that's with running three devices (one iPhone and two Androids) on the same account.

When I ordered on groupon.com, my account was locked. I call to support, they unlock my account with balance is zero.
I claim with support, they refund groupon bucks to my account.
Two days after, I re-order some items. They lock my account again. After I claimed, they said that my account was banned forever because gift cards were bought by credit card and $ refund to card holder that end with 1542.
All groupon gift cards I received from Viggle, not trade!

As for the gift cards being bought by a credit card - let them know you have proof that they were not. They can match up the viggle numbers with those that were on your account. You need to keep going back to Groupon if the problems still exists.

They did consider the proofs that demonstrate gift cards from Viggle. Can not appeal!

I just went on viggle, I could not find a gc history, so ur email etc is best way to go.
As to curious suggestion, I don't see how u did that as gc and code have to be right. Being off or entering one wrong will not activate gc on group on. So I don't see u entering gc wrong.
One other thought, any chance group on associated the wrong gift card with ur account, make sure the gc number is right in your account. It can be a case of somebody buying a card and they credited it to ur account and then that person didn't get it and cancelled transaction. You didn't state if gc was yours or not, I'm assuming not or u wouldn't have posted it.
Sorry I wrote this reply as u posted urs.

Contact the Better Business Bureau with the Viggle giftcard emails matching as proof they are yours and not purchased thru a credit card. How they can consider the viggle emails as proof they were purchased by a credit card is beyond me.
and then there is the Freedom of Information Act where you can ask them what groupons (with numbers) were bought with a credit card that were on your account. Then you can match that with the viggle emails. MAYBE it wasn't just viggle giftcards in your account.
You will get an answer.
