Just a heads up that CowBoom [cowboom.com] is no more and it will now be Best Buy Outlet.

Another example of stupid CEO directions to kill Cowboom.com. It was well working tool for BB to sell used stuff (especially former Cawboom's auction to find right price spot between supply and demand). It is very problematic that they will sell much stuff soon after such "reform". Next step in this direction logically will be to cancel Black Friday sales because prices are too low. Of course, you can manipulate the market in some way but a little bit of the competition is still left to resist of abusing. The problem is that level of competition is going down drastically ...

I contacted bb customer service today and asked them if cowboom had been transferred yet, they said no and to keep checking bestbuy.com

This sucks Frown as soon as I saw it was going I bought $11,000 worth of stuff. Already sold half of it and I'm keeping some too and selling some at cost to some of my close friends. Goodbye cowboom Frown I hardly knew yee

Well a lot of the cowboom items are on ebay now priced high 29 day listings. Then today I got a few enails price reduction.Best buy never did this on ebay before so maybe that's how they will do it.

Cowboom was wonderful. Great return policy. Decent items. Only upside is that I will save a lot of $. Best Buy outlet is a joke. RIP Cowboom....
