Hello!
Does anyone have experience with multipurpose ladders?
I'm wondering if the Little Giant is worth the 3x extra money over the other two.
Home Depot has the Gorilla ladder and I see its gotten some bad reviews about the weight and its difficult to use. But the price is $99 for the 13'.
Lowes has the Werner but I see similar complaints but its a Type 1a and can support up to 300lbs. Thats $109 for 13'.
I also see the Little Giant Type 1a (300lbs) and its about $350 for type 1a (300lbs). Is this really worth the $200+ over the others?
Any opinions or other recommendations?
Thanks for reading!

I suppose some of it depends on your expectations and some depends on how often you plan to use the ladder and how. I recommend that you buy the Gorilla or Werner, take it home and try it out. If you aren't happy, return it and try the other. If all else fails and you really want to fork over the cash, go with the Little Giant (no guarantee that you'll still be happy though).
Also, to save you some time, ask the Home Depot and Lowes people what they think about the ladder. Usually their people are pretty honest with their opinions.
One drawback I just remembered... when it is extended, the rungs become very narrow. You have to be careful of that.
