I'm so fustrated. Just opened my water/light bill---$322.00. Are you farking kidding me?
I've never looked at prices before--but lately I've been feeling broke. I realized I spend 6 bucks on shampoo when Suave is like $1. $7 on lotion, AAUUUGHHHH! Is switching to generics really going to help? I feel like I'm already slummin it. I don't do designer crap and I'm not a shopaholic. I only buy what i need when i need it (most of the time). WTF?
UPDATE
Anyone know a frugal effecient watering schedule for the lawn? I put new grass in the back yard 3 wks ago---have been watering everyday. HELP
Here's my new thermostat controller? it changes temps according to your schedule. When i sleep- 79 degrees, right now it's @ 75. etc..etc..etc..
can't wait to see if it really saves!
i also did some household shopping and only spent 35 bucks! Switched from quilted northern to this--50 more sheets per roll X12=? and $1.50 less a pack.
switched the kids from flushable to non-flushable wipes--saved me 3 bucks... I hope they don't kill the plumbing.
got some generic baby soap and strawberry sauve for my DD. I'm switching back if her hair gets nappy.
LIGHT BULBS::: someone suggested GE---any further info on wattage, where's best place to buy them?...? these were 12 bucks a pack! i want to make sure I get the best ones.
Motion lights for inside---couldnt find these, any info on where to buy? I really~~~ want some.
