I honest and true gave on extra dove 3.50 coupon that I meant to give. I meant to grab a body wash...and I was looking at them, but for some reason forgot to actually grab one. anyways, I had that coupon in the stack at register time. Looking over my receipt I start to realize that I forgot the body wash. SO looks through the bags and confirms. Strange tho..I remember seeing her scan the 3.50 coupon..it came up item not found and she K1d it. The coupon is NOWHERE to be found on the receipt either. Not a problem..I don't want to give an extra coupon for an item I don't have, but I would of taken the coupon back if it wasn't going to work. Not sure what happened there, the coupon is defiantly MIA. Even though it acted like it went through after she K1'd it.
Also, I went to make a return from last time..a couple items that my coupons wouldn't scan for, so they wont take them or even try to scan them more then once. They tell me that it will go on my visa. I said..huh? She said visa gift card. hmmm.. I told her I paid with a target GC, but that one is long used up I don't even have it anymore. She then says she can give it back to me on a new target GC with no big deal, which was fine. SO maybe thats it..the target GC are coming up as some sort of visa GCs?
noticed that our chicken strips, icy combo also went up in price here too. SO was kinda sad about that. That was his favorite deal that he discovered for himself.
Got home and had a little visitor. Someone found a 4 mo old puppy wondering the streets, tiny lease broken off. Dirty, smelly, starving, cute and sweet as they make em'.
Guess it had been wondering the same street for a week now but nobody claimed it, so they dropped it off by me. My other roommate got upset by the commotion...it was a mess.
planning my deal for next time. I'm so excited. No coupons for venus or gillette deal (do to pay day timing to order coupons) but I do have the revlon coupons and I'm a freelance makeup artist..I have a lot of loves from revlon..it will be the funniest trip ever! yay!
Well the Penquins will just have to win the next game and then it can come back to Joe Louis arena and win it at home... Maybe be lucky enough to get some more tickets....

I'd honestly way rather give stuff away (good feelings and good karma) than try to trade a lot of the time. All that wrangling over terms and then waiting for the stuff to come and then feeling like you got "cheated" if it doesn't. . . bad for the soul.
Note: everyone I've traded w/on the T thread has been awesome though.

btw.....since we're talking movies go see the strangers!! That movie freakin rawked....i screamed like a little girl and hid my head for half the movie....there is very little gore, it's all about suspense and just plain scary shit lol. I *think* we were a little more obnoxious b/c we had the aud. to ourselves but if other people screaming in movies annoys you...then def. don't go see it lol. And if you decided to anyways...don't complain after the movie that people were screaming in a scary movie!!!

OTOH, I always wonder why managers in these situations don't exercise a little discretion.
You hear these stories where after someone does something like this, the manager start "laying down the law"-- like limiting everyone to only one deal per person or something.
Why the heck don't they just tell the person who is being completely unreasonable-- no, you can't buy every single razor we have in the store?? That's what I want to know.

I also second the potty training tips. DD2 runs around without a diaper and sits on her potty seat (for about 2 seconds) and then puts a diaper on herself when she has to go and then takes it off throws it away after she has gone
