Anyone on here a shopper in S. Carolina? I know there has to be an SDer on here shopping at my store, all size 4 diapers and easy ups were gone and same with clean n go and wipes. I only could get 3 of each by mixing different kinds. I wish I would have gotten a rain check!!! If you are on here from SC pm me would love to have a friendly face to shop with. I am jealous of all you SDers that have a shopping buddy. How did you initially meet up, I am kinda scared?

Boy, I feel so blessed today! Since our tax liability was $0 this year.. I expected the bare minimum for DH and I and then $300 for each kid. Just got payment today and it was $2400! $600 more than we thought and will cover the ENTIRE cost of putting in a wood stove!
Yay for you!!!!! Some good news for a change!!

No T for me today. Spent 6 hrs with the kiddos in their little pool in 102 degree heat! We are all beat! Trying to keep DD awake or she'll be up at midnight.

Where in SC are you? I am in the Charlotte area, it isn't me, but thought I would give you a shout-out!

I have not met any SDers, yet. But I think you start by PM'ing with them, kinda get to know them that way a little bit, then you meet.

I have a few online friends through a local moms message board that I have met the opposite way, out in public, see them buying something we were discussing on said board, oh are you a charlotte mommie? Why yes, I am... Then we got to know each other online too.

I kinda glazed over with all the dog food talk at Kmart. Looked for the Qs, but NOTHING in my inserts!!!!

1. Today, at Kmart, I bought the 1st $50 GC = got 2 Incredible Hulk tickets. Then, off to shop.

2. Found 25 clearanced Kotex for $1.49 to $1.64 - thanks to everyone who sent their Qs. Saw a flyer about buying $40 worth of certain items and get back $10 for next shopping. Kotex is on the list, but only had about $36 worth. Added a Drano, which is on the list and something we always use.

3. In the pet product area (it stinks there), there's a bunch of Pedigree coupon pamphlets. YEAH!!! So, I took a "few" coupons to buy a "few" trial sizes.

4. At checkout, bought a 2nd $50 GC, used (25) $1 Kotex Qs, a "few" $1.50 Pedigree Qs, and paid with the 1st $50 GC. Got another 2 movie tickets + $10 coupon (from Kotex & Drano)

5. Looked over my receipt and saw that Drano rang up higher than the price marked. CS gave me back the difference + $5 (Michigan law). YEAH!!!!

6. Went back for the rest of the Drano & a "few" Pedigree for overage. Bought a 3rd $50 GC, used a "few" $1.50 Pedigree Qs, and paid with the $10 coupon and the 2nd $50 GC. Got another 2 movie tickets + $3 coupons (from Drano)

Total: Kmart PAID me $9.50 today (incl. $3 coupon for next time).

My Loot: 6 "Hulk" movie tickets, a "few" dog food, 5 Dranos, 25 Kotex, $3 coupon for next time and $6.50 in overage.

....and I still have my $50 GC....
Seriously, I think I am in love with you! Do you want to move to PA?

Awesome! I am heading to the Big K tomorrow to ck dog treats!

Come on over tomorrow. I'm sure we'll be in the same place. laugh out loud

And yes, it was entirely too hot today. Should be even hotter by Monday. But really, once you hit 100 degrees, does 110 really feel much different? LMAO

Oh and we dont have central air either. I have a built in AC unit in the Living rm and my Bedroom. I am going to have to buy an A/c unit for the baby's room.

I really feel for you, it is to hot not to have Central Air. When my daughter was a baby we didn't have central air either, just one of those A/C box units, and summers were miserable (and we didn't live on the second floor where heat rises). It is 95 degrees here today, and was so hot even this morning!

But it's definitely a YMMV thing... I've had quite a few ECBs adjusted down so there's no OOP and I've never needed any *approval*. Dontknow
doublesided - today at CVS I got my total down to $0 and didn't need mgr approval or anything. I also did this earlier in the week at a different CVS without trouble either. Don't know what happened at your store? Confused

Weird. I just made sure on the run I did an hour ago that my total was under $1, it was .34, no mgr approval needed. They said it's their new system, if it zeros out, needs a mgr.

It's getting to be a hassle to go there. But as long as they keep paying me to take away their merchandise, I suppose I'll stick it out. Must go back tomorrow, more ECB expiring.

Target pulled a fast one on my receipt tonight, a MFQ is missing.

Give me your number, lol

Tell him how cute it will be when the little one does stuff. My guy learned to say nana (for banana) and apple because they are both in the fridge. Or when your guy brings over the pot and spoon and offers you a bite.

Seriously even my hubby said it was worth the $$$ just for those 2 things alone
