I think I am going to look for flashcards tomorrow, do you know if they have any other characters? My girls have an intense dislike for sesame street, I don't understand why, I just assumed they would like it, but the turn off the TV if it comes on. My oldest try to throw away sesame street coloring books and booksEEK! so now I don't even try, sure wish I new why thoughConfused

No sorry I have only seen the Sesame St ones. MY guy loves Sesame street, he hums along to the theme music, can say Grover and Cookie (monster) and if you are reading a Sesame ST book, and ask him, "where is Elmo, or any other character" he can point them out,

Partly due to the cashiers rejecting legit MFQs. They would rather have product sitting on the shelves getting closer to the expiration dates than let someone walk out the store with it for pennies and Target getting reimbursed the full price and then some. Well that and the crap economy.

Has anyone stayed offsite in Disney at a place called Windsor Hills? They have townhomes/condos/houses. All privately rented! I can get a 3bdr, 3ba house WITH private pool for less than HALF of what I am paying for Disney for 9 nights! So I get free transportation and free food when we are going... but I can do priceline for the rental car and can do Target for food Smilie I think I can still save almost 40% off Disneys prices.. I am just trying to cut corners because of our jobs.. but I would feel horrible disappointing the kids about no vacation this year. We have explained to them about belt tightening around here and our place of employment closing so they arent SHOCKED if it does happen.

I thought you were sticking to the cruise?? Please tell me your not bringing those cuties to disney in the summer/Sept? It's so hot.

If I don't answer, it's because I'm logging off to go watch Rescue me season 4 first episode. Can't wait! We don't have cable, so stop laughing. I think cable is a waste of money. Antennas are perfectly fine and now bring in HD.

Ummm cruise is too much $ compared to Disney this year (last year, cruise was cheaper). And we WERE going in September for free food.. now, if I decide to stay OFFSITE, we will go in December.. we LOVED it for Christmas last year!

40% is a lot to save. How far is this place from Disney? You have to take that into consideration too. It might not be easy to just leave the park and go back to the hotel room for a break when everyone's getting tired.

Also factor in the price for parking at Disney. I'm sure it's a ridiculous amount. If you are close enough that you can leave and come back, do you have to pay again?

And...do you really want to cook on your vacation?

Just some things to consider when weighing the pros and cons. Smilie

My dd hates it too. She loves Elmo but hates SS. I think its Cookie Monster she freaks when he comes on. LMAO I will have to check those flash cards out. She gets bored when I do homework with the other 2. She plays with the Dora memory cards usually. Anything else that you recommend for a 21month old.

We stayed at a place called Cypress Pointe and Cypress Pointe Grande. They are like time shares. OUrs was 3 bedroom 3ba(2 jacuzzi tubs), full kitchen for $77.xx a night. Three night minimum. It had like beach house furniture and 60"big screen. Pretty nice for the price.
Go to Hotel kingdom.com You can also look for a place called The Crows Nest, Davenport FL They have 3-4 bd homes with pools also.

Alas....no T for me again today! Crying I guess I'm going to have to go a couple times during lunch this week.

And to make it worse, we needed milk, bread, and a couple other things so I had to go to the grocery store and actually PAY for it. EEK!
