By the above definition given by the CIC, if I buy 2 Head and Shoulders and Tide, Bounty or Charmin and use the H&S BOGO (no beeps), my receipt could be used as evidence to show that I'm guilty of fraud despite the fact that I bought 2 H&S as indicated by the written text!

I don't use spicy or the other large questionable but I'm certainly going to be more careful from this point forward, not worth the trouble.
Now for their etq's, still nothing they can do about that as it's not MFQ, it's their system malfunction. I think. Who knows. Maybe Dutch12 should start reading up on it.
