I was about to answer your question about the OP of the Rolaids trial size in the deals thread before it got locked. I believe it was macaroni that posted that deal.

Just got back from Publix and man I am TIRED.. My newspaper hookup is out on maternity leave. She is due july 6th. She came in to work today to give me 30 PnG inserts...Yahoo! I saw the tearpad for the kraft/oscar meyer products and did not even blink. I guess I have enough...and had some to share..Smilie

I read on dealideal that people use it to make databases of the coupons they have or something. Also useful for decoding because you put your cursor in the box and then scan the barcode and it appears in the box for you. Dontknow

I actually agree with what you did. It clearly says in the wiki that we shouldn't talk about that stuff. I was ok with "the post" until it started going into tremendous detail on how the coupons were working. I personally think that the OP of that post was just trying to brag about it and wasn't doing it just to inform people of a deal. This coupon attaching to other items had already been hinted at for pages and pages before she decided to enlighten us all. There were a few people that aren't regular posters in the deal thread that posted some crappy stuff and then got all defensive when oranges asked where all the lurkers/trolls came from. It's like what happened in the Walmart thread that got shut down. There are certain things that shouldn't be posted ALL over over the place completely spelled out for everyone to try. It is crazy to have people that barely even know how to use legit coupons trying to to do these same "deals" because they saw someone else do it.
