Hey, guys. A while back, someone posted about a New 3DS deal from a new store called VIP Outlet, and there's been a few other topics related to the site that have posters with a decent amount of feedback/posts saying they had no trouble using them.

Anyway, I saw that the New 3DS listed above went back up on their site a few days ago and decided to take a chance on it (using a temporary virtual card number, of course), but my order was literally cancelled within a few seconds of placing it. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time, especially since the 3DS listing in question completely disappeared from their site after I tried ordering it, but I was checking my credit card account this morning and noticed that they still charged me for it. I don't doubt that I'll have no trouble getting it overturned, but it's still a minor hassle and obviously doesn't speak well for the trustworthiness of their site.

If anyone else notices a good-looking deal from them posted on here, be wary (if the fact that it's a new site didn't set off any warning bells already!). Here are screenshots of my cancellation email (note the date) and the charge that showed up on my credit card a few days later, if anyone would like proof of what I'm claiming:

Do not order from this company and be careful not to order from them through Walmart either !!! I did and its horrible got the wrong product might as well say 209 dollars down the drain!! I ordered a xbox one 1tb n head phones I got an xbox one 500gb n no head phones, I ordered through Walmart which somehow stuck me with vipout through there market place I was unaware of and its nothin but a mess total crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!!!

Ugh, 2 months and 3 cancelled tv orders....! I did recieve the 1st one- totally smashed and had to pay for home pick- up to return it. Way too much aggravation for a couple hundred bucks!

I was going to order a TV from them but after reading all these bad experiences... I don't think I will chance it now. Especially since i haven't heard of anyone having their issues resolved.

They scammed me out of a 140 dollars on Amazon. Bought a Ring Floodlight that was missing mounting bracket and hardware. Made several attempts to contact them and they never got back to me...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid VIPOUTLET. I bought Ring Floodlight and it came with half the parts. Tried multiple times to contact and they never got back to me. You will be sorry if you order from them.

I have purchased several things from these guys, and everything was alright until my last order: an iPhone - unfortunately it is not accepting SIM cards - that means it is locked - however it was not stated on listing. I purchased an RCA Tablet that was a refurb and I thought I was saving some money but it turns out the product was faulty so I tried to return it but they didn't want to deal with it I guess so they told me to do whatever I wanted to do with it and that they would refund my money. I purchased it Nov. 9th and still have not received the refund. Called several times but no one seems to work during the week days. Starting to think they are avoiding me. It's sad because I was hoping to deal with this company for other items. As it is my confidence not high with VIPOUTLET.

Finally got someone on the phone on Nov. 29th. I was told the refund didn't go through so they resubmitted it and told me I would have a notification within 24 hrs. so I will keep you updated.

And here's yet another VIP Outlet issue!

I just bought purchased the Vizo E55-E2 from them a few weeks ago. I received the E55-E1 instead, which uses IPS panels rather than VA.

I've wrote them a few different times, through the retailer (Newegg) and their actual email and haven't heard back. Hope we can resolve this issue, but sending out the wrong product (it clearly says E1 on the box and clearly says E2 on the product listing) doesn't look good for them. Hoping it is just some kind of misunderstanding or mistake.
