Hey, guys. A while back, someone posted about a New 3DS deal from a new store called VIP Outlet, and there's been a few other topics related to the site that have posters with a decent amount of feedback/posts saying they had no trouble using them.

Anyway, I saw that the New 3DS listed above went back up on their site a few days ago and decided to take a chance on it (using a temporary virtual card number, of course), but my order was literally cancelled within a few seconds of placing it. I didn't think it was a big deal at the time, especially since the 3DS listing in question completely disappeared from their site after I tried ordering it, but I was checking my credit card account this morning and noticed that they still charged me for it. I don't doubt that I'll have no trouble getting it overturned, but it's still a minor hassle and obviously doesn't speak well for the trustworthiness of their site.

If anyone else notices a good-looking deal from them posted on here, be wary (if the fact that it's a new site didn't set off any warning bells already!). Here are screenshots of my cancellation email (note the date) and the charge that showed up on my credit card a few days later, if anyone would like proof of what I'm claiming:

Bait and switch tactics. Stay away. I purchased a refurbished HP Envy Notebook described as "Grade A...Retail Ready....NO blemishes or cosmetic issues". The first unit arrived with a deep scratch on the case, but because the refund process is so lengthy, I was advised to buy another unit to avoid the item being out of stock by the time the refund process was completed. The second unit arrived with a broken keyboard key. Same scenario, so ordered a third unit while awaiting refund. Third unit had a small stress crack on the display lid, a couple of dents and some staining from stickers on the wrist rest. After my third complaint, the firm changed the item's description to "fully functional". I am still awaiting a refund on the second unit and I asked for a discount to keep the third one and they offered me a 7% discount for all of my trouble, even after providing photographs (wow, what a bargain). Slow refunds, bait and switch tactics, misleading item descriptions and poor quality merchandise combined with extremely poor treatment of customers (e.g., suggesting I buy another unit because they cannot send me a replacement) should make this vendor OFF LIMITS to anyone. Save yourself some heartache...there are better refurb vendors out there.

I bought a lot some and big stuff from them eBay account. 90% of time they stuff are as described. It's good seller. The small stuff they usually refund and I still keep the items.

Ordered a Samsung 55' 4 TV from them. When it arrived the packaging was in shambles. No markings on the box, wasn't packaged properly. When we pulled the unit from the box we found that the power cord, remote and feet were missing. Contacted the company and sent them pictures and asked for a partial refund. They have been giving me the run around for two weeks now. Contacted eBay and they are as useless as this company.

This company is trash. They take your order, charge your card, and then come up with excuses as to why they didn't sent it. I let myself get fooled twice - no need for you to make the same mistake.

I purchased an apple ipad pro 128g on VipOutlet with 15% discount coupon. However, I received an apple ipad pro 64g, and it was not the latest model and the color was silver. Therefore, I send an email to their customer service about the situation. They told me to return the ipad pro back but they only offer a 10% discount coupon. Moreover, it would took a long time to receive the refund. I don't have extra money to buy a new one and I really need an ipad pro for studying now.
As a result , I decided to keep the ipad pro and told them to provide me partial refund . They replied me "Thank you for considering in keeping the item. We would be happy to ask the management for a possible partial refund to offer on this order, but before we do that we need to visually inspect the item. Could you please provide us with pictures of what you've described, serial number(s) and any labels on the box. Please include also the blue sticker that contains the TRG". After I provide all the pictures and videos, they asked me to return the ipad pro back without any reasonalbe explain for me. They waste my time and treat me like an idiot.

Just ordered a laptop order number 5feea8cd4a0c34986afb5aad .A week later they decided to cancel my order. They took a fee for restock a told me they would refund me in 2 weeks. They post items they di not have a take fees or all your money when purchased. They are a scam making profits by canceling orders
