I would tend to agree with you. There are very few guarantees in life, and I would go with a guaranteed win. To each his/her own! As far as declining the gift goes, the only way I know how to decline it is to not confirm the win when you get the confirmation of address screen. Good luck, everyone! Bounce

I don't think there's any way to decline a prize. I've won a prize in the past, and even though I didn't confirm my mailing address, the prize was still shipped to the address listed in my profile.

So I think the address confirmation is just a way for them to enable you to make any changes to your address at the time that you win a prize. Of course, someone could always call and check with a rep to be sure.

This morning I played and got a message that I won blue tooth motorcycle speakers, when the confirm address came up another page came up over top of it and I could not confirm my address. I could still see the confirm bottom but could not click on it. There was a x on the pop up and when I clicked the x it took away the confirm address page and then just said thanks fir entering. I called Copenhagen and they said it doesn't show that I won.

Call back in 48 hours or so, give it time to propagate through their system. As others have said, the confirm address seems to be nothing more than a courtesy to fix your address.. The prizes ship regardless of whether or not you confirm. At least that has been the case in previous contests.

Those are wonderful to have if you don't have a tank bag or saddles. I have both on my bike but I mainly ride without the saddles and occasionally wish I had one of these. I already won the Bear Paws, so I am now hoping for a tier one or two gift. Nice win!
