Whole foods sells this for $5.27 & Kroger / Tom thumb for $4.99, found good deal for these $3.75 each at local Costco (which is 50 cents cheap than regular price at Costco).
Please note : There are tons of cheaper brands available for coconut water. This falls in PREMIUM brand - so no need to bash up. Like you can buy $4 headphone or pay $1000 for premium brand headphones

just drink water and eat a banana...this isn't much better than a sports drink for you
That is a completely absurd statement and patently false. This is raw, unpasteurized coconut water with no added sugar, additives or other bullshit. It's loaded with good nutrition. Likening it to Gatorade or some other sports drink is totally inaccurate

I believe the comment is supported by the fact that coconut water provides rich potassium in liquid, where as drinking water + eating a banana will also provide rich potassium, is deemed equivalent. Not entirely absurd and substantially accurate.
