Olympusat’s “Los 12 Premios” Sweepstakes ~ 10/23/16

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET ON August 1st, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 23rd, 2016.

Open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, excluding U.S. territories and possessions around the world, age 18 or older as of August 1, 2016.

Entries shall be limited to ONE entry per individual e-mail address for the entire Promotion Period. To be entered into each Weekly Sweepstakes, you must submit one (1) entry during the Entry Period for that Weekly Sweepstakes. Only one entry per email address will be eligible. Non-winning Entries will roll into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes. One entry per email with the chance to win 1 prize and the opportunity to win the Grand Prize.

PRIZES: Entrants selected as winners will receive the following prizes in the order of their selection:

a. The first entrant selected will receive one (1) Amazon Fire TV (week 1 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $99.99 USD.

b. The second entrant selected will receive one (1) iPad Mini (week 2 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $299.99 USD.

c. The third entrant selected will receive one (1) 40" Samsung TV (week 3 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $429.99 USD.

d. The fourth entrant selected will receive one (1) $200 Amazon Gift Card (week 4 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $200 USD.

e. The fifth entrant selected will receive one (1) Xbox One (week 5 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $249.99 USD.

f. The sixth entrant selected will receive one (1) Amazon Fire TV (week 6 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $99.99 USD.

g. The seventh entrant selected will receive one (1) Apple Watch Sport (week 7 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $249.99 USD.

h. The eighth entrant selected will receive one (1) Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (week 8 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $129.99 USD.

i. The ninth entrant selected will receive one (1) Beats by Dre Headphones Solo (week 9 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $199.99 USD.

j. The tenth entrant selected will receive one (1) Roku 4 (week 10 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $129.99 USD.

k. The eleventh entrant selected will receive one (1) check made payable to the name and address provided at entry in the amount of $1,000 USD (week 11 sweepstakes prize) approximate retail value of the prize is $1,000.00 USD.

l. The entrant selected for the Grand Prize will receive a trip for two people (including the winner and their guest) to an all-expenses paid vacation for five (5) nights at the Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa, Dominican Republic. Transportation will be provided for the winner as follows:
(i) airport transfers for the winner and their guest to and from the address provided at entry to the airport, and to and from the airport in the Dominican Republic to the Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa, Dominican Republic for the winner and a guest;
(ii) coach air fare for the winner and their guest (including all taxes and fees) from an airport and on an airline selected in Sponsor's sole discretion; and
(iii) hotel accommodations for five (5) nights provided, which shall expressly include expenses at the Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana Resort & Spa in Punta Cana for meals and beverages.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00 USD. Trip valid only during 1/1/2017-12/22/2017, with the following exceptions:
