Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on August 15, 2016, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 14, 2016.
Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) a legal U.S. resident excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island; (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and (iii) satisfies all other requirements contained herein. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND RHODE ISLAND ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per email address for completing a Sweepstakes entry form during the Sweepstakes Period. PRIZES: Samsung TV Game Streaming All-Access Prize. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, five (5) potential winners will be selected to each receive one (1) Samsung TV Game Streaming All-Access Prize package which includes:
• one (1) 2015 Samsung 55" Smart TV J6200 Series with an ARV of seven hundred ninety-nine dollars (USD $799.00);
• one (1) digital voucher for a one-year GameFly Streaming® subscription to the Gamer Pack for enabled Samsung systems with an ARV of ninety-five dollars and eighty-eight cents (USD $95.88);
• one (1) digital voucher for a one-year GameFly Streaming® subscription to the Family Pack for enabled Samsung systems with an ARV of eighty-three dollars and eighty-eight cents (USD $83.88); and
• two (2) GameFly game controllers with an ARV of ninety-nine dollars and ninety-eight cents (USD $99.98).
Total ARV for each Samsung TV Game Streaming All-Access Prize is one thousand, seventy-eight dollars and seventy-four cents (USD $1,078.74).
Total ARV of all five (5) Samsung TV Game Streaming All-Access Prizes is five thousand, three hundred ninety-three dollars and seventy cents (USD $5,393.70). Limit one (1) Prize per household address, regardless of email address used.
