It is definitely not like a ST. Actually, they're pretty lame. Just a larger clothes section... and a long line of registers (different layout than a regular T). They have a pretty small grocery section and higher prices than regular Targets.

Yes, the hot wheels/barbie peelies. Funny thing is, I hadn't been in Kmart since last summer when the p&g deal was going on.

I have a question....when you go to km and do this...do cashiers ever say anything like hey your total is too low??? I'm always afraid of the small totals at all stores, not just km. I really want to get my dd a bookshelf from there using overages, just want to know how often people get questioned about low oop.

I have been SUPER lucky and haven't had any problems. I have done 3 or 4 runs (can't remember) and have accumulated $150 in gift cards and $50 in Cracker Barrell giftcards. After the first run, I rolled my giftcards. I always go through the youngest cashier's lane. If there aren't any good cashiers I leave or check to see if the cashier in the electronics section is young!!

The cashiers at kmart seem waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy better than the cashiers at Target - I hate to say it but they just don't seem to give a rat's butt. laugh out loud Although at my closest kmart they are ip nazi's now. I did have one cashier who kinda looked like Confused, like wth just happened??? But she shrugged her shoulders and put the coupons away. I seriously worry about it every time I have shopped there but when I check out I don't really have any problems - except once being told they didn't want to accept their own $5/$20 toy coupon because they don't accept ip's. Asked for corporate's number and they decided to take it that one time.

Isn't this deal awesome! I have cleared out my two closest K-marts. I hate to be done though!

How do you get 30 or 40 inserts (anepu, dblsided)?
I do have a new technique that has been working really well (my old "supplier" is not getting me as many). We have been travelling the past few weekends, so on the way home Sun afternoon or evening when we get gas (has to be smalltown where they sell papers inside the store).... just ask if they usually sell out of papers and if I can just have the inserts. I got about 12 a couple weeks ago and got 5 of the P&G last week this way.

Hi all! Wave

I found my TQ organizer! Yahoo! Yahoo! Of course, as soon as I found it, I had to throw away like 75% of all the expired TQs in there since it had been so long since I had gone.

Still had a nice, small run.

MFH -- no probs using the $5/50 today. I had printed out the entire newspaper ad as well as the multi-page, as there is an LOD at my closest store who hates me -- or rather, hates me and my coupons.

Surprisingly, she wasn't there today. First time in like 10 trips to that store she hasn't been there when I've gone. Whee Whee And of course, I didn't even bother bring my Pampers Qs with me since I planned on doing a quick and quiet Sobe run. Doh

Still, can't complain... paid $24 for over $60 in groceries with $15 back in GCs.Big Grin

Also found a CVS that failed to put up any signage indicating that their Spring stuff was all 90% off. Teehee Good thing I already knew that it was! Wink Used a $21 ECB that I needed to burn anyway... got over $200 worth of crap (reg. retail value) for $0 oop, including four sets of outdoor/garden solar lights.

That's where I try and get my SF Chronicle from!! I heart that it is only $0.99 there!!! bounce I usually can only get 3-4 from each longs, but I have two stores that are very close to my house!! Then when the Longs is out I walk down to the 7/11 that is right there and get the rest laugh out loud I always check them before I buy them also!!!
I usually just get the San Jose Mercury News ($1 at Wags, RA, Dollar Tree, etc.) but was given the last two weeks' inserts from the SF Chronicle. I was surprised at the differences. A few Qs were less value and some were not there at all / swapped with other Qs that I didn't get in the Merc. I thought it was very interesting how different they were, will try to do another comparison.
