How much is the highest anyone has taken in for missed coupons? I had an awful, awful cashier, one of the confused souls that can't understand the difference between one per purchase and one per transaction. I had 4 Pamper diapers, 4 Pampers wipes and not only did she and the trainer standing next to her grill me about did I buy those (when reading the 40 ct or higher/ jumbo pack requirements on the Pampers MQ) but she also said I could only use one MQ per each item; this was carried over to all coupons that I had more than one of, even though I had one product per coupon. Then I was denied the $5 WYB TQ, I bought enough cereal to use 3 Maltomeal coupons, she scanned 2 but put all 3 in her drawer. I was so close to abandoning the order completely but I thought about the discussions here regarding that making us look guilty and you know what, I was in the right. It's not like I was trying to use CWS on Pampers but the way I was treated, might as well have.

So I'm short about $50 in coupons. I guess I could return the diapers and wipes that coupons weren't applied for but I don't know which would make me look more suspicious in the eyes of AP, kwim?

Dh went with me yesterday to another T a little farther away and was wondering why I griped about the coupon police at our closest store. They nitpick and deny even the most blatantly legal coupons. Now he understands. Our next closest stores are soooo much nicer and coupon friendly. I'm going to call customer service again to complain and from now on, just go to the stores that are farther away.

Ok... I haven't seen the entries... but this has to be a winner. My grandmother-in-law who never throws away anything, just gave me a Bounce coupon that she says must be 50 years old. I doubt it's that old... but I'm guessing it's REALLY old... no barcode, no expiry date, etc. Take a look! Big Grin
Its an older Q and good entry, but
Bounce was introduced by Proctor and. Gamble in 1972

A lot of Q's did not have barcodes in the 70's

You may be sol, as my T makes you do missed q's right away. If it were me, I would have abandoned ship. I woul dhave just stated to them...you clearly have a problem with my coupon use and I will disciss it w Corp and get it all straightened out.

I have seen them miss 1 coupon, but I usually wont say anything as I dont want them trying to figure it out.

Stand your ground, firmly and politely.

I actually just bought it today at 30% off. I had bought it the other day full price, returned and rebought. I think it looks cute. If it's still around at 50% I'd return and rebuy again. I'm not doing that with other toys that we've opened but if there's one that I haven't I'll do it. I saw the elmo tub toys today at 50%, I had bought those at 30% but I already opened them and elmo is lounging in my tub right now.

I hate balancing my checkbook. Haven't started yet but need to. Drinking wine isn't helping. DH gave me a glass with dinner so I wouldn't go out again after he/baby sleep. He wanted me to take a chill instead of going to KM/WM but I need to get there to do my hot wheels and look for clearance. I hope he gets home from work early tomorrow so I can go quick! If not I'll have to fit it in after my trip later this week. I just hate bringing the baby alone, he hates shopping unless DH is there to entertain him and I always end up screwing up my run if I'm alone.

Trang they had a great Powerade deal too, but I didnt do it.

Here is my haul....
So, I have to move to PA now... after we finished off the truckload of Powerade, Sobe Life Water, Aquafina & Dasani. EEK!

Happy Anniversary!!! Celebration & partying must be over by now, because you're logged on to SD. Big Grin

Question: for all the cushion of your 21 pks of Kool-Aids, why there's no OM hot dogs, Wheat Thins, or Kraft dressing?

So my July resolution is to stock enough Always to last till menopause and enough pampers to last till DS can learn how to pee like a man. But it won't fit in my siggy.

I had 58 bogo always. I have 27 left. EEK! scary part is that I'm using them the right way, 2 packs for each bogo. So I'm gonna have a lot of pads and liners!

I used my last juicy juice MFQ today! That was a great trade!

I thought you were having the party and we're all coming there. I'm actually having a party in late August I think and will have lots of soda for it that I bought just for the party. But I need a good chips deal before that, I didn't buy any snacks in that last Lays/Pepsi deal.

For a larger item I would. For that, I just shrug my shoulders and eat it. If I did that with every receipt, I'd go looney tunes. I did it with the picnic basket because it was $5 and I knew they had a pile of them. The elmo thing is like a $2 difference and they had one. IMO it's easier if I know they have the item, return on the spot and rebuy. I hate having returns in my car but that's just me.

I keep saying I'm going to stop pampers deal when I run out of MFQ then I keep trading for more MFQ. I think I need to set a deadline for myself. I just traded for 30 more which is 2.5 or 5 runs, depending on how I use them. I have only 30 left here which I could easily be rid of by mid week. Hmmm must decide. I've got a bunch of rainchecks too. Maybe I'll stop trading when I'm done with my rainchecks. But then megapacks will be on sale or something and I'll have to get those. Maybe I'll just hard stop 7/31 and not let it go for the extra month and argue over expiration dates.

Yeah, that sounds good.

Wish I had some chips, all we have left is those lays crisps and I don't like them very much except the cheddar ones.

I still haven't try the JJ Qs, yet! Mad Too chicken.

Went to 3 stores to finish up the Sobe/Aquafina deal. After getting over 300 bottles just this week, I still have about 50 MQs left. No stock for the flavor that I want to get. Sad but it's a waste to have those Qs still.

My basement is stocked to the limit of Stayfree and a slow-growing stack of Always. With 3 girls and me, my DH has no objection to this stockpile.

DH has previously opposed new rubbermaid bins but is voicing no opposition to purchasing a couple with tomorrows sale on rubbermaid for the always and open packs of easy ups. They are really all over our basement. I need to just go in and buy them and not figure in any overages or anything, just bring em home and get it done. We'll see if I'm capable of that. If not, they'll be sitting around another week.

I only have 2 hours or so tomorrow to run errands so I need to make it snappy.

I really like always, been using them for years.

Why are you chicken? It's $1/1, so easy. It's been the leader in my pile all week and now they're gone Mad . It's a great legit q

Oh, I meant the MM BOGO! Sorry, the 4 kids are making too much noise and I can't hear myself think. laugh out loud

DH made a comment today, "Can you buy this item when it's 75% off? When you decide to buy it, do it in one of your runs with overages." laugh out loud Of course, he disappeared everytime I go to the checkout lane. Mad

Like your DH, he is thinking about building shelves for my stock. Probably, not going to happen anytime soon with his recent spine surgery.
