I can remember seeing signs at the registers in the grocery stores when I was young saying "Please don't ask us to redeem coupons for items you have not purchased." I couldn't understand it then, but I sure do now! And this was back in the '50s and '60s!!
That is hysterical. Seems appropriate verbiage for their coupons in today's world. laugh out loud

Congrats to Dpags and all the winners! Great contest!!!

OT Walmart deal: Capri Sun is $1.75. If you have any of the $1.50 peelies...$.25 a box Wink

Not technically - that would be using 2 TQs and 1 MFQ on the same item. Most cashiers are letting them through because neither one should beep if you buy diapers and wipes.

I think this is a grey area. Remember on the Pantene deal (even many updates ago...) how we got a $5 GC for the purch... plus we were able to use a TQ and MQs???

And a BIG thank you to Donna for such a fun diversion from the usual coupon stuff.

I really enjoyed seeing some of the old coupons and how they've changed!
I agree! We need some good, lighthearted fun in between all the deals...

My razor deal wasn't as "slick" as I had hoped for there - they did the bogos AFTER the ivc... but oh well - bought the packs with 10 razors in each, so got 40 razors for 4ish dollars. I'll live! Wink Better deal was the 6 free bottles of l'oreal shampoo/conditioner Coverlaugh
Glad you were able to get in on the deal. Big Grin I always hand the cashier the coupons in the order that I want them to key them in. BOGO, $2, IVC-- Wink

Good morning to one and all! Since I didn't get any takers on the regular thread, thought I'd post some coupons I have here, and see if any of you guys want/need them! Smilie

- (7) $1/2 any Smucker's toppings
- (4) .55/1 Pace salsa (barcode begins with 5 so will double)
- (11) .50/1 any SoBe 20oz Juice Beverage or Tea exp 12/31/08 - GONE!!!
- (8) $2/2 Boost Nutritional Energy Drinks exp 7/31/08
- (4) .50/1 any one Haagen Dazs ice cream bar exp 12/31/08
- (18) 1.50/1 any Pond's Towelettes 15 or 30 count exp 8/29/08

Can split these up as needed. Would love to find some more Bounty $1/2, Target $5/3, Pampers MFQs, Electrasol, Powerade, etc. PM me!

Can someone tell me what they have been buying with the Dove BOGO Qs that are everywhere on coupons.com, etc.? I have quite a few printed out, but can't think of what to buy! laugh out loud

Now must get motivated to clean my house! SUCH a mess - amazing what 2 toddlers can do in such a short amount of time!!!

I didn't have a choice Frown the IVC would not scan and she had to call over a manager... so she said it had to be done that way. If the razors had been in stock at my first store, would have been easier - but I took too long to go out so most stuff was sold out. Live and learn Smilie

When I was growing up, my mom always did the hugest cleaning spree before we would go out of town - glad she taught me right, now I do the same thing and it's like leaving to go on vacation and coming home to a few days more of vacation!

If it is $1 off one, there are small 25 bag ziploc pouches hanging at the cashier lanes (with the gum, junk food, drinks and other little stuff). They would be free, and that's always nice Smilie

I have yet to find one...
Thanks!! SmilieSmilieSmilie
