OK weird. Got a confirmation email on one of the small orders. Then it says it shipped 2 of the books to my store. It was the smallest order, 19 books, 1 CD, $10 OOP. All curious george, clifford and one elmo. I'm bummed, that was my least favorite order. But I'm happy because at least I got something! Wish I would have been around at the start of this when Stormy ordered. Damn that diabetes.

i'm really glad i got that order through last night, totally worth staying up so late. no cancellations yet. if all get shipped i will be thrilled.. even though after they started shipping i was going to try for a few more i'd skipped over the first time.
looks like that won't be happening anymore because $0 are much less successful of getting through.
but.. if nothing on my 1 order gets cancelled i will be grateful for that. will post successful deliveries when they happen. (my confirmed order was $26.94, not even close to $0.)

I am so happy because Alexa (my almost 11 year old) just asked me the other day for a book that she is reading up there (she is still at her grandparents house). She likes to read "good" books over and over again, so she was upset that she wouldn't have this book when she got home. Borders had it for $5.50 so, I only paid $0.50 cents for it

DH brought me in a bowl of ice cream before. I didn't want it. He said I had to eat it as there's no room in the freezer anymore
Oh and DS loves those bump n go curious george cars. We have all 4 and at various times during the day, he brings them up to one of us and has us turn them on so he can watch them go. When he's done, he brings them up to us to shut them off. So cute.
His levels are still high today but not as bad as yesterday. They are going to do an insulin increase tomorrow and see if that helps. We're also going to modify his food a little bit. He has a wellness visit tomorrow at pedi and that won't be fun, more needles. He is really hoarse too all of a sudden, like he's getting a cold. I brought him in water. I hope he doesn't get sick on top of all this.
