Hi Target peeps wave

I went on a family vacation for a few days (it was great, to Northern Michigan) - it looks like I missed the FB coupon frenzy - crap Mad I never go anywhere - oh well - I guess there will be another frenzy around the corner. laugh out loud

It was nice to get away with the family. It sucks to pay such high prices for dinners, gas, fees, etc. I guess that is why we do all the coupon cutting and savings deals, to afford to do nice things too sometimes. nod

... I'm on the West Coast and just watched it live on our local channel. Us Canadian's like to see the US do well too nod .... unless we can beat you of course.. LMAO You'd think because it was such a huge deal that all the channels would have it live...especially in the US.

I just switched my channel to a Seattle station and yup there just showing the ladies marathon.. So I won't say anything to spoil it..

Hi all, loooong day of shopping. To everyone that offered up the crystal light q's, thank you. Fortunately when I went by Harris Teeter today, there was still the same tearpads there, so I was able to get the rest. I have only been taking a few at a time, but since no one in this town wants them, I just took the rest....

Bad storms this afternoon. I got home to find that lightening fried my modem and network card in my computer. So we have spent the evening trying to hook up with the usb cable.

To everyone that is expecting an email from me, it's comming, I promise...I just haven't had a computer for most of the day.

Great shopping at my grocery store today. the FB q's worked beautifully...

I also missed the olympics because of the darned weather!

I'm a relative newbie myself. What I have found is that there are a LOT of helpful people willing to put in the time to help someone---- when they've made an effort to help themselves. (I'm speaking in general terms, not finger pointing or speaking about any one person) There seems to be quite a few people who only come on and ask questions every so often but don't take the time to share what they have found OR who don't take the time to try to help themselves. It seems like on every other page there is someone who wants current deals PM'd to them or they pop in to ask a question that has been asked and answered over a dozen times already. Bottom line, for me is that we're ALL busy. My time is just as valuable as everyone else's. I do think that if you're an established contributor and run into a busy patch in life (which we all go through) you're more likely to get PMs of offered help. That's just only MY perspective and could be quite worthless, actually. laugh out loud

I am glad you found some - I felt bad because you sent me a couple and I used them already too. We got back from vacation tonight and hubby said we needed milk, he asked if he should go get some but I jumped and said I would go. He asked "You must want to spend some of the coupons you got in the mail?" laugh out loud


So did I missed anything big in the Target thread the last few days? I am skeered to try to catch up in that thread. I guess I will try tomorrow.
