Why do I feel the need to catch up on SD? Can't do any Targeting for the next 2 weeks...
Laina told me to bring my 50-lb coupon binders so we can cross the borders to go Targeting.
We're all backpacking on this trip b/c of the new baggage cost and checked in 5 boxes of my stockpiles.
each month that goes by i wonder if i farked myself up being on BC over 5 years, because obviously beforehand was VERY fertile to conceive ds. and because of that point, of me already having ds, i sometimes get the notion that maybe its not my fault at all - but some defect in dh (has no kids). everyone says not to think about it and it'll happen.. but it sure is hard NOT thinking about it.

There's a whole huge long back story that I don't have the energy to type, but I have a medical condition and if I'm not properly on meds I can't get pregnant. It took months for them to figure out the problem and then I was told who knows if/when I could get pregnant. Obviously I took this very hard as I was 23 years old and hey, we don' t know if you will be able to get pregnant. So like 6 months after I got on the meds I went to Chicago to visit fam and friends. I ended up getting sh*t faced drunk and had a total freak out. I ended up bawling in the middle of a dance club because all of my fears and frustrations and anger all came out in one drunken episode. At this point I had stopped taking the meds b/c what was the point they weren't helping (I had also gained about 40 pounds in 6 months due to the condition etc...) I talked to dh on the phone for like 2 hours (he had stayed back in stl) and he calmed me down, talked me into getting back on the meds etc....
So before I could get back on the meds I had to take a pg test b/c you can't be on meds while pg. So I took the test b/c I had to, imagine my surprise when 30 seconds later it came back positive! We took 5 freakin tests in 30 min to make sure. My first thought was oh sh*t I got wasted and I was pregnant, I hope the baby is ok! lol
So don't give up, life has it's little ways of surprising you when you feel like there is no hope left.

awww so how many kids do you have? I had all my kids when I was very young so needless to say I am 39 and my baby is 18 then I have a boy 20 and a daughter 22.
