Yeah no kidding, and sometimes it is such a pain to get them to help care for the animals we have.

Last cat we got I hear please, please, please we promise to take care of her. Scoop the litter, feed her etc.... Yeah right! laugh out loud Guess who is usually stuck cleaning the litter?

and thats one of the reasons i'd never want to have children...
no pregnancy for me. lol. i like being small!
I don't know about that, my girlfriend has had three children and a hysterectomy (by the age of 26) and still has a 23" waist. My waist was never that small (even before kids, probably even when I was a kid laugh out loud ), but I do workout to keep in shape. My hips were like non-existent before I had children and actually having children has given me a nicer shape. I agree with some of the other posters, that everyone is different.

Plus Heidi Klum from VS has had 2 or 3 children and look at her.

You can also be a bigger person with a nice shape, Hulk Hogan's daughter looks great to me as well.

Okay, well I posted earlier that youngest dd and I where the healthy one's. Well... DH still hasn't gotten out of bed or eaten today, just sprite and nyquil. Oldest dd crackers and sprite and trips to the bathroom.

Ran to the store for milk(for me) soup, and more crackers..... Well dd threw up in front of the milk! Like lots, ended up taking off her shirt, figured it was more practice and compassionate, than making her where a vomit covered shirt. Thankfully she is still 3. Milk is close to the pharmacy, so once I finally got someone to take over making sure no one would walk thru the puddle(and hopefully clean it up!) I got the pharmacy to ring me out so I wouldn't have to wait in line with my poor baby.

Got her home, bathed and on the couch with two towels and a blanket, but the kid has been rolling around on my bed pillows all day! Don't know what I am going to do for pillows tonight!

The saddest part is I have some crackers and some soup, but my dd won't eat the soup I have! otherwise I never would have taken the baby to the store, ugh...

At least I am not sick!!!

I am feeling a need to bathe though!

ack! that's scary.
our rent here is $1325 for a 2bd apartment, but not because it's luxury. real estate is insane here. if we got a house the mortgage would be at LEAST $2500 a month. trust me if we could get into a house for what we're paying rent on this apartment we'd sooo be there.
i do have to agree that your friends didn't make the most intelligent move if they were looking to downgrade to a place more affordable for them. if they got the $800 apartment that would put them in a much better position later on if they decided to try and get into a house again. i just can't fathom paying the same amount for an apartment that i *used* to pay for a house. that's crazy! hopefully when their lease is up the husband will agree to look for a cheaper place. shake head
As soon as I graduate I am moving to GA..I live in FL now and Orlando real estate is expensive. Not as expensive as where you are though... Im thinking about moving to Thomasville. It is about 30minutes from Tallahassee, Fl..I would work in Tallahassee and live in Thomasville...If I can not find a job there. It is still slightly country...My single friend just bought a house there by herself and only pays a $750 mortage payment...3BR/2BA..brick home...Since I can only afford a house in the "hood" here, I will be moving out of state...I looked at their real estate and you can buy a brand new home for $130,000. Not here...shake head The same home will be about $225,000 here..

I went to school in Tallahassee, it's a nice town to work in (have lots of family and friends who live and work there). I have been to Thomasville a few times too, it's a quaint little southern town. Smilie

Is anyone else completely unmotivated to go to T? I've only been once this week and have a pile of 8/31's to use. I could have easily gone tonight but didn't. I think I'll run to KM and my grocery store in the morning to do the jello/crystal light deal but I really need to go to T and get more pears. It's so hard to find the sugar free ones. Maybe Monday. Need a new P10 deal.

PS-thanks to all who have sent strips/lancets/control solution, etc etc so far. It's really helpful. Each mailing is a day + 2 tests. On a day like today where we have to test him 10 times instead of 8, it really counts!

It was a gorgeous day here today. Spent most of the day playing outside. Mom came up for a bit.

My SIL has a red card. She said she always throws out her coupons. I told her if she does that again I'll disown her, she must send them to me.

Yaaa for you, that's great. I'm having one in a couple of weeks but I live in middle of nowhere so am hoping to have at least some traffic to get rid of some of the stuff I would usually donate. I figure with the hospital bills coming in, can't really afford to donate right now!

Did you use the price guidance from the garage sale thread?

Ditto sillygeese. Stomach viruses are the worst. I'll take a bout with Lyme disease or a horrible rash anyday

The only place that will auto-deduct the Free Kraft Qs is Kmart. Other places like Target, Walmart & grocery stores will prompt for prices from the cashiers, which will cause a second look. Of course, combine with a cartful of groceries and a buttload of Qs in your order, using these free Qs will not be a problem.

wave Hi Trang,

I'm lucky enough that I talked to Trang yesterday since she is in town, going to meet up on Tue or Wed... too bad there are no Targets here..Mad But if you want to go down to Washington we can make a day of it...

It was great talking with you... have a great time on the island...

I'm excited.... get to meet one of the grand masters of shopping... laugh out loud Worthy

I just found out about the auto deducts at Kmart, worked on all the free Kraft Q's... I bought the bigger size of Kraft Miracle Whip not knowing that it auto adjusted and it took off the full amount of $4.49 and it's only supposed to be up to $3.20 or something.

I used them at WM as well and the cashier adjusted them down. Haven't used them at T.
I try to go as beep free as possible.

So my 3 day trip to Wa.. started off badly - got into my truck and someone had stolen my GPS unit.... I don't buy stuff for myself and that was one thing that I had ordered back in Nov. from Radio Shack (slick deal of course) and it took me until this April to get it... I was pi$$ed off... My daughter had gone into my truck the night before and didn't lock it.... It had all my T stores, WM, Albies etc in there.... it actually made me cry. I had a brand new one in the house, but it was only for the USA and the one that got stolen was for the US and Canada...

You peeps all know what we do when we are planning our runs, cut coupons, make the list, get coupons together, get the envie ready... I was doing that all night at the hotel.. getting ready for T. WM and KM. I had taken my 26 yr old DD and my 8 yr old GD. Granddaughter knows my routine, DD doesn't... she's like when are you going to stop that, what time are we leaving in the morning, blah blah blah... I want to go to the outlet mall, I want to go here there and everywhere.. except T, WM and KM... EEK!

So only ended up going to one T and a couple of WM and one KM. spend the rest of the time at Outlet malls... though we did get to listen to a free concert sitting in the parking lot next to a Casino and hear KC and the Sunshine boys...

I'm listing my runs in here instead of the deal thread - hope that's okay.

So my T run was little... compared to my usual.

Fuze BOGO (thanks Amazongirl) I finally found a few at KM...
Diapers MFQ - $5 ETQ no go on the GC TQ..
wipes MFQ
Oral B BOGO MFQ
Goodlife BOGO attached MFQ and TQ
Sheba didn't try the ETQ
clothes for my GD
playdough caddy $4.84 got the only one left
Smuckers $2.09 - $1.25 MFQ - no go on the ETQ
Ziploc $1 - $1 MFQ
Physicians Formula $4.84 - $6 MFQ
Always BOGO
Glad Trash Bags $6.xx - $5.00 MFQ
Electrasol $3.00 - $2.23 MFQ
HP Paper $3.50 - $3 MFQ
$75 GC

AC$125.09 includes GC (clothing for GD was around $40)
Lots of food on clearance and health and beauty items on end caps.. $$2 off Peelies as reported on the Nivea shaving cream - ponds peelies restocked at both WM and T.
Peelies on the Chinet plates for free desert plates. $1 off Target peelie on Crest toothpaste.

Playdough caddy was still priced incorrectly the center was priced at $24.99 now.

Girls clothing signage said 30% off but lots of it marked at 75% off.

I had a few good WM runs...

Farmland Bacon $2.50 - $2
Farmland Ham cubes $2.50 - $2
Farmland Ham Slices $2.88 - $2
Free Kraft Dressing
Free Kraft Mayo
Free OM Hot dogs
Free Wheat Things
Free Kraft Cheese
Powerade .60 - $1.00
PP Peaunt Butter $3.14 - $1 MFQ
Tropicana Fruit Punch $1 (no coupons left for this)
Kraft Mac & Cheese . 50 cents
Free Sara Lee Hot Dog and Hamburger Buns
Muir Glen Tomatoes $1.24 - $1 MFQ
Smuckers Magic Topping $1.88 - $2.50 (on two) plus wyb get one free
Kool Aid
3 tops for DD
relish $1 - $1MFQ
Barbie butterfly net $4.96 - $5 PPPB peelie
Kens dressing $2.50 - $2MFQ

BC$ 690.00 AC$166.xx (this was a total from 3 stores) Not as good as some, but considering I had clothing in there, not to shabby..

Kmart run

Hot Wheels $4.99 - $5 peelie
Pert Shampoo $2.00 - $3 MFQ (found the KM Q after I paid.. )
Fuze BOGO ( found some BOGO on Fuze display)
Zantac $4.49 - $5 IPQ

Quacker Chewy Granola
Venus Cartridge
Chapstick
Opti Free
Cheez it
Chips Ahoy
Cranberry Juice
Orbit Gum
Bought one each of the above with the now fraudulent coupons... Had bought these the morning of the letter coming out. Got back to the hotel and read on SD that they were now no good... EEK!
The cashier asked where I got them as she wanted to get the Venus ones, so I gave her 2 of them... now I feel bad that she might get in trouble... Hope she used them that day.
They are now all shredded ... Mad

Okay, ...(snip) Been browsing SD's. Checked out the VS thread saw something about free makeup bags? so was looking for that, those ladies...OMG all the complaining about finding sizes 0-4 that fit made me gag. I used to work in this store, had two full drawers, after baby #2 they don't make anything that will fit meFrown but maybe I am just bitter cause I was never that tiny, my body has always been soft and full and round, heehee , got down to a 3 ONCE and my body was sick, it wants to be a 9, I just need to figure out how to get back down to a 9, LOL.
Okay...

Im a size 0, acutally Im a girls size 12 but Im 5'9" so the pants dont work for me...My point (not to shove anyones face in a pile of dog sh@t) is that we skinny girls have as much discontent with our bodies as every other lady. I started out a size 5 @ 20yo before DS#1, the second he was born I was a size 3???? Then #2, #3 & #4 and now a 0 with cellulite and saddlebags & the friggin pooch on my belly. It took me nearly 20 yrs to finally say F-them...I am what I am!Stick Out Tongue My DH tells me nearly every day how beautiful/sexy/hot I am & really that all that matters. heart Smilie heart

Me too.. this last trip was the first time in almost 3 weeks... lots going on, but also didn't feel like it, no motivation...

My friend called last night and the one touch ultra came in the mail... so they are going to take out the lancets, strips etc and mail them to you...

don't know why the multi quote didn't work... I did the same thing I always do...
