This contest is intended for residents of Canada (excluding Quebec residents) and of the U.S.A. (excluding Hawaii). Participants must be over the age of 19. No purchase necessary.

Contest Sponsor: Real Style Network Inc.
The promotional period for the Real Style Network Inc OPI Newsletter Giveaway (the "Contest") starts on September 29th 2016 and continues until October 7th 2016 at noon ("Contest Closing Date").
Eligibility: This Contest is open to permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec residents) and of the 50 United States of America (excluding Hawaii), who are 19 years of age or over at the time of entry, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsor and their respective affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotional agencies and all those with whom they are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
To Enter: Enter your information in the form provided (http://vip.realstylemagazine.com/...-giveaways) before the Contest Closing Date and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest. All entries must be received by the Contest Closing Date. Limit one entry per person or email address. In the event that it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once, all entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules (the "Rules"). In order to win, the skill testing question must be answered correctly.
No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest.
A random draw, conducted by a representative of the Contest Sponsor, from entries received as of the Contest Closing Date will be made on October 7th 2016, at approximately 12 noon in The Real Style Network Inc. Toronto Ontario headquarters. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limited to one prize per person or email address. Selected entrant will be contacted by phone or email at the telephone number or email address indicated on their entry within three (3) business days. Selected entrant must claim their prize within three (3) business days after the date of notification of such prize. Selected entrant is required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time, before being named the winner. Selected entrant must also return a signed Declaration and Release of liability and publicity within a specified period of time, before being named a winner, failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Selected entrant shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize. All prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners.
If a selected entrant cannot be reached or if the entrant declines the Grand Prize, or does not otherwise comply with the Rules, including answering the skill-testing question correctly, he/she will forfeit their prize and another random draw will be conducted to select a replacement entrant in the same manner.
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won worth approximately $120.
Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, or exchanged and has no cash surrender value. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Grand Prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised Grand Prize.
The Contest Sponsor's rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to this Contest and the awarding of the Grand Prize.
By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence, and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, without further notice or compensation. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
No communications will be entered into except with the selected entrant who will be notified by telephone or email.
All entries become property of the Contest Sponsor which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries or entries that have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy the Rules. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in posting or advertising this Contest.
Sponsor shall not be liable for 1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Contest entry form, 2) entries and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due,misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind, 3) any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, 4) any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions or other failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human, mechanical or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any part of this Contest or 5) any warranty of fitness or merchantability of any prize or the function or operation thereof, which shall be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of the prize. Sponsor does not make any, and hereby disclaims any and all, representations or warranties of any kind regarding any prize.
By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold the Contest Sponsor, its parent or related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, "Claims") that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this Contest, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter.

By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the Grand Prize. This Contest will run in accordance with these Rules, subject to amendment by the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or terminate this Contest or the Rules at any time in its sole discretion and without further notice. Entrants must comply with these Rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the Rules if they participate in the Contest.
This Contest shall be governed by Ontario law. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that Ontario courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest and that venue shall be only in Toronto, Ontario.
