only open to entrants who, at the time of entry, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (b) 18 years of age or older.

begins at 7:00 AM New York City, New York, USA local time (EST Time) on October 4, 2016, and ends at 6:59 AM EST Time on October 15, 2016

Sweepstakes will be conducted as 11 separate daily sweepstakes (individually, "Daily Sweepstakes"), one (1) each calendar day (each referred to as "Day" or "Daily Entry Period"). Each Daily Entry Period starts at 7:00 AM EST Time and ends at 6:59 AM EST Time the following Day. The first Daily Entry Period starts at 7:00 AM EST Time on October 4, 2016 and the last Daily Entry Period ends at 6:59 AM EST Time on October 15, 2016.

Limit one entry per person, regardless of email accounts.

.Prizes: For each Daily Sweepstakes, there will be (a) 1 grand prize winner (each a "Grand Prize Winner") for a total of 11 Grand Prize Winners; and (b) 50 alternate prize winners (each an "Alternate Prize Winner") for a total of 550 Alternate Prize Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner and Alternate Prize Winner is defined as a "Winner" and collectively as, the "Winners".

Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one grand prize (each a "Grand Prize") consisting of the following: two tickets to the "Talking Dead at Hollywood Forever" (each a "Ticket") to be held at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, California on October 23, 2016 (the "Event"); two round-trip coach airline tickets to the Event from any commercial airport in the continental United States; one hotel room (double occupancy) for two nights in Los Angeles, California for the Event; and ground transportation to and from the Event and the Winner's Los Angeles, California hotel on the night of the Event.

Each Alternate Prize Winner will receive one alternate prize (each an "Alternate Prize") consisting of two Tickets to the Event. Tickets are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Tickets are by invitation only and have no retail value. Sponsor is only responsible for delivering the Tickets to each winner. Alternate Prize winners and their Guests must arrange for their own travel and lodging for the Event.

Each Grand Prize and each Alternate Prize is referred to as a "Prize" and collectively as the "Prizes."

The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of (a) each Grand Prize is U.S. $2,500, (b) each Alternate Prize has no retail value.
