ELIGIBILITY:
Contest is open to legal residents in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, except residents of the state of Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Once per day from 10/9/16 - 10/19/16, a scrambled recipe title and clue will be posted on www.ImperialSug
2. Search the Halloween Recipes section on either Imperial Sugar or Dixie Crystals' website and use the clue to find the unscrambled recipe title. When you find the correct recipe, enter the recipe title name on entry form found on www.ImperialSug
3. Entrants will have until 11:59 p.m. CT on each night of the contest (10/9/15 – 10/19/15) to enter their answers into the daily contest.
4. Complete the entry form and submit.
PRIZE:
1. Five (5) winners from the Dixie Crystals Contest and five (5) winners from the Imperial Sugar Contest will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each Winner shall receive one (1) KitchenAid mixer of the Sponsor's choosing.
2. Total ARV of Prize is approximately $250.00
3. Limit one (1) Prize per family, household, address during the Contest Period.
4. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor. Winners will be contacted by e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the registration page. Sponsor is not responsible for invalid email address entry.
5. Winners will be notified on or about Friday, October 28, 2015 by names listed on our website and via email to verify mailing address and to complete a signed affidavit.
6. Winners will need to claim their prize and will be required to confirm their mailing address within seven (7) calendar days of the notification issuance date. ALL ENTRANTS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THEIR EMAIL TO CONFIRM THEIR STREET ADDRESS AROUND THE ANNOUNCEMENT DATE IN ORDER TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZE. SPONSOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL WINNER'S FAILURE TO RESPOND WITHIN THE REQUISITE TIMEFRAME OF SEVEN (7) DAYS. Noncompliance with the above or with these Official Rules, or the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within one week (7 calendar days) or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected.
