Gift Ideas for a Financial Advisor ?

Hello

I'm looking for a gift to buy my girlfriend who recently became a financial advisor. I want to get her something that is meaningful and helpful towards her work. I don't want to ask her so I can surprise her. I was thinking a book, but it seems kind of boring. Just want to get some ideas from you guys, especially if you're in that field.. what's a good practical item you use almost daily that helps you get through your day as a financial advisor? Budget is <$200, but it's not a strict budget.
