You must be so stressed out right now, I can't imagine. Sometimes, when I'm having a hard time, I try to think about how other people have it worse..and you know what? Sometimes it makes it worse cause then I feel guilty for feeling so crappy, lol. What matters is you're going through a rough time right now and have lots of decisions to make that may overwhelm you and that, even if you don't think so, you will get through it.
