In the prior years, I have always just included a 3x5 index card with all of the information on it. I think I have only ever missed 1 which was probably just lost in the mail. There are several methods discussed in the 2015 thread but I've found the 3x5 index card to the be the safest option (may induce carpal tunnel).

I would just do it all by hand... It all has to be mailed anyway. Plus, last year, when the launched that website, you could change input values in the browser and see other peoples entries/ personal info. (they eventually fixed it)

Wow, 20 mins later cranked out 4 hand printed entries...worth it even if all I get back is $5 ones, like last couple years.

Was curious if anything else comes back to you in the SASE besides the gift card? I have some smaller envelopes (3 5/8 x 6 1/2) I am going to use for my SASE, but if they have to include other papers or information, I don't want them to be discarded because they can't fit it in my return envelope.

Nope, they only send the bonus card (standard CC size).

Last year, they changed the rules after the initial launch of the promotion. A supposed representative from BWW's clarified the change here. Basically, if you did 4 per person before the change instead of 4 per household you didn't violate the rules (which they changed/ clarified). Keep in mind that reps followed the thread last year and likely will again. Just follow their poorly worded rules.

They didn't listen to the advice I gave themlast year.

Yup. I've found a 3x5 index card with all the written info on it works best. Fill out both envelopes. Put the stamp on both envelopes. Put it in the first envelope. I use a #10 for the main envelope then put the index card in along with a #9 envelope. EVERYTHING is hand written. I've received every single one I've ever sent except one in 2015.

Do you usually put a return address on the self-addressed envelope? Or just leave that blank?

I leave it blank since it's only suppose to go to one address.

Happy to read they are doing this again!

Do you write your return address also on the (outer) envelope that you send with the SASE inside?
