Anyone ever deal with this seller before? They seem trustworthy based off my initial research, but am still a bit hesitant to make such a large purchase from a relative unknown.

So buying via eBay gives you PayPal protection, but buying directly from their site gives you credit card price protection as well as a slightly cheaper price.

Any other risks buying directly from them that I'm not aware of?

Non lg authorized dealer. Will be a huge risk if something goes wrong down the road when you want to make a warrrany claim with lg.

They have a lot of positive feedback from avsforum; personally, I'd like to pull the trigger on the C6 model from them, but I'm not clear on the warranty since they're not an authorized dealer. Wonder if buying squaretrade would be ok even if LG warranty is not honored.

Damn, I'm waiting for my discover no interest approval and this would be perfect. Would also have price protection in case it drops in the next 90 days.

Thanks OP! Seller seems reputable and there's no tax, free shipping, and $45 back in eBay bucks...so I didn't want to wait anymore and ended up pulling the trigger

I don't foresee this TV dropping any lower than $2K this holiday season

just placed an order with them, they are reputable. Folks have dealt with them, no issues. lot of positive feedback on eBay.

When you buy directly from their website, you pay additional 150 bucks insurance, which is mandatory. So this is the best deal...
