Yeah - this is a great deal. This program can be annoying but it's actually very helpful if you're concerned about apps calling home surreptitiously.

I got it for $15.86 by traveling to Europe (VPN should also work), going as far as the payment page so the price is in Euros, then switching to a US IP via VPN for the payment and using a US CC with a US billing address.

Saved $1.62! (less the price of the plane ticket)
