This is the lowest price I've ever seen this item on Amazon. I already own this and like it quite a bit for what it is. a 10 person $4,000 unit it is not, but it's well worth $300.. this is a closeout price.

Buy the replacement filters on eBay and use trisodium phosphate (but not the TSP substitute they sell at most stores.. watch the package carefully) to clean filters to extend the filter life.

There's no way you're putting 6 adults in it. 4 is pushing it IMO.

It hovers between $400-420 during the summer, $350 at the end of summer is a good deal, $300 is a steal!

every Intex product i've ever owned went defective right out of the box, or after a few uses - i find it hard to believe anyone would trust them with a water tank, even if it's only for out door use.

Just be aware that this product is very particular, can't be used under certain temperatures, though it's great out of the box, my pump failed within 2 weeks and though Amazon has a very generous returns policy (as soon as the UPS labeled was scanned my return started processing), repacking a huge blow up hottub in a small box is almost impossible as it's no longer vacuum packed. Buyer beware buying these sight unseen.

I've had my Intex for two years now and have had great success with it in AZ. If you take really hot showers 110 and up, you won't be impressed with this as the water only gets to 104. The bubble effect that is created to give a massage feel works decently enough. For the money, this thing is pretty great.

Looking by the pictures, you'd have to get very friendly with the other 5 people in the tub if you want to fit 6 in there lol. Even 4 looks pretty tight. Besides, we'd need to wait 4 months or more before using it... where's my instant gratification? Wink

I almost got the Intex when it was also a deal of the day for $299. Same size but intex is rated for 4 person (more realistic)
Wife said no last time, so this time I won't ask hahahahaha
Some "hacks" mentioned in the intex reviews are buying a portable propane heater to make it cheaper/more efficient than the electric heater this thing has. (apparently an L5 heats the whole thing in 30 mins).
From the pics I would say it's the same rebranded unit

why would u have to wait 4 months to use? being in the hot tub in the winter is the best experience
