So far, I love it. Only downside I had was having to fold some coupons to get them to fit in the baseball card sleeves. But I did put some divider things in that have pockets and just put some in there if I don't want to fold them. I used the heavy duty Post It tabs to make it that much easier to find what I need.
It is big, bulky, heavy, barely fits in the small new carts my CVS got, but it has a handle and a carrying strap. And it works so well to just be able to flip to a section and grab what I need versus rifling through all of my coupons to find the one I want only to realize I left it in the Target organizer and need it at CVS or something like that!
So there's my 2, HTH!
Other nifty fillers are Wags brand facial tissue purse packs (4/$1), or, if your store has them, clearanced flower and veggie seeds ($0.14 at my store), clearanced mini-hilighters
($0.10 to $0.25), and clearanced pencils (as low as a nickel!).
Also, the past couple weeks I have thrown in a Crest Pro-Health 500ml ($4.49) as it generates a $4.50 RR all on its own...

Don't even ASK how many bottles of Robitussin we have...and the deal returns next week (albeit not quite as slick, but still a money maker).

I'm ready for another good GC deal at Target. I hardly go onto the deals page the past couple of weeks. Seems like we're all migrating to the KM thread
then when i want to shop i find the Qs i need for the deals i am doing and i go. i will say its frustrating when i find something on clearance and want to get it but i dont because i KNOW i have Qs sitting at home for them. i need to start bringing it in the car at least.
also, i dont have ALL my q's in there yet and its very full. if you get a lot of copies of inserts, i'd cut like one of each out and put it in then make reference to where it came from if you need to find the copies again. i just like seeing them page by page rather than in a box as well.

ok my two cents on the whole coupon holder thing.....
I love pretzels set up, but alas I can't ever seem to keep it organized. Binders...uhm no thanks. i'm sure they are great for some people but it's just not me. So this is what I did. I took 3 little photo books (and i do mean little....i have 3 in my purse and they take hardly no room. I took the q's that I know or think I will use and put them in there. I have one for HBA, one for food, and one for misc. They cost a $1 each at Target. I LOVE it! I can flip through real fast and see them super easy. The only thing I don't like is one has the opening on the side and the other two are from the top. I wish they were all from the side. They are little and discreet which is the best part to me. I pull out a lot less q's that i won't use that way.

We only tried 1 to see if it actaully worked. We have a (cough) "few more" coupons and will probably try 3 at a time just to see if we get a $6 coupon. I believe the coupon is only good for about a week or so.
