Mom had surgery today to remove the rod. they took cultures, so it's another waiting game until they come back.

too bad my walgreens run was a disaster. i had it figured out then in the moment got all messed up. none of the machines would print CATS they said since the storm. manager rang me up. none of the mouthwashes were $4.49 - either a small for 3.99 or large for 6.49. so he asked where the deal came from and i said i didnt know and that i heard it was monthly. he said he had no idea what i was talking about
so because my RR was expiring today i had to use it. got 2 cookies, 4 glade and 2 floss for under 2 bucks and got back 8 in RR.
well it should be a RR - lol. its a raincheck that just says RR $8... we'll see how that goes.
i come home and go figure the cookies are expired. over a month ago. and yes same store that i got 4 month old chex mix from. i should have checked, but it was the last on the shelf. i think im gonna call and see what the deal is with them selling expired food! its kinda a pain that i have to keep going back to get new ones.
*end rant* lol. so where DID that crest mouthwash deal come from?? and what size? tia

Anyway, that's not that old. But I go down the aisle and see a $2 peelie on a box of Raid. I figure I'll take a few of those to save. I can not believe how old this stock is, the peelie expired 12/31/2002, yes 2002! That's 6 years old! You'd think I was at a dirty Kmart, but this was one of the nicer Albertsons in my area.

It was a deal that was advertised one week but the RR was supposed to be working (and is in most areas) all month. It's the 500 mL size that is supposed to trigger the RR.

So I just wanted to post because I had a coupon disaster...I lost my envie of "favorite coupons." (I've got different envies - one for faves, one for use next week, one for CVS, etc. This is my fave one). It had...Hot wheels peelies, Senseo free Q's, Powerade and Gatorade, and, OMG 1 coupon for a free Swiffer wetjet. These are just the ones that I remember. All expiring around October/November/December so I wasn't hurrying to use them (because I want to use up my FSS and Kraft free Q's). I have been looking high and low and I feel so sick and sad about this. I can't believe I've been so stupid. Am I pathetic to feel so sad? It's just been a few months that I've been seriously Targeting and then to lose my stash!!!!!!!!
