I swear that little guy is trying to jump on the bed already. I sleep on my side and he starts moving around and I can feel him pressing/kicking against the bed over and over. I guess he is just trying to get me used to being awake at night since there will be no full nights sleep once he gets here in Jan either.
I know what you mean! He is moving around so much now that he wakes me up at night.

Mom is doing ok, thanks for asking. The infection had started coming back right before she went in to have the rod removed. Luckily the cultures hadn't grown once they started her on antibiotics again. We'll see. It's very painful. Apparently this rod was down through the bone (from the knee to the ankle), and not just attached to it. The doc took the rod out and bored down through the bone to make sure they got all the "stuff" out. Things are looking better but she's still not out of the woods yet.

Thankfully there are the people that post their runs, match up the coupons to the ads and post, let us know about sales, TPC's, in store advertised only sales and everything else. This helps me so much! My husband is like

What exactly does the carpet deodorizer do? Is it a powder you sprinkle before you vacuum? Can anyone testify it works, before I actually go out and spend .12?!?
I'm at 20 weeks this week. (We had the ultrasound at the end of the 19th week b/c of scheduling conflicts.)
It's funny. . . I was feeling all sad last week b/c I hadn't felt kicks-- or so I thought. I had read in the books what it was supposed to feel like. Then during the ultrasound, while I can see him moving around on the screen, I realized, wait, I can feel that!! It feels like someone is pinching me really softly from the inside. (If that makes any sense.) The books said it would feel like "butterflies in the stomach" or even like I was hungry, which it did not. But it's totally unpredictable; I never know when it's going to happen, much to DH's disappointment.

Until someone told me that it feels like little gas bubbles, I didn't feel my first at all. But once they described it that way, I totally felt it. I'm at 29 weeks (I think!?) and this little one is already a gymnast. A very hurky jerky one, but gymnast nonetheless. So far, not keeping me up at night - hubby's snoring does that already!
Yes, I think that's what it does-- it's supposed to make your carpet smell good, I guess?? Never used it myself.
