IMO, the runs go much faster if you dont worry abt the pop up screen...The screen just shows matching products and cashier selects one..It is no hassle...And then you dont have to worry abt matching UPC
I predict 225 coupons used, BC $1150 AC $50 with $375 in GC's
1.) Number of Qs used
2.) BC total
3.) AC total
4.) Total $$ in GCs
Here is my prediction:
380 Qs used, BC $1865, AC $90 with $500 in gift cards
Post your entries folks
The last one she started, over in the lounge, has been invaded by asshats...
So they start the laundry, dishes, dusting, picking up and are ready to mop and vacuum. They ask where the vacuum is at and the girl gets it and says that it doesn't work that well and it is time for a new one. So she plugs it in and dust comes flying out everywhere. They unzip to get to the bag and can't get the zipper down b/c the bag is so full. They tell the girl that the bag is full and needs to be changed.
Get this! She says "What bag?"
She had never, never ever changed a bag or even knew they existed. She would vacuum for about a year and then when it started smoking, would throw it out with the garbage!!!!
So they went to the store and showed her where the bags were and took her home for a lesson.
Then......she calls her mother on the phone and screams all excited, "You won't believe what I just found out! There's bags in those vacuums!!" And she continues the story and tells her mom b/c this is what her mom did all her life growing up!!! Vacuum and throw away!!!
Seriously! A true story!!!
I met her. I saw her house. It's totally real! She may now know about the bags but they don't get used much.

That spreadsheet is very useful indeed! I used it to get ideas of things to buy and help me find the coupons from the inserts that I needed.
I saw tons of people in my K-mart today that all had the same $1 Target coupon holder that I have (some were blue, purple and green). Also very early in the day when the store opened I saw people with notebooks with the baseball card sheets. This was interesting for me to see, as this was a first. Wow wonder if they were Sders? They were friendly and I talked to them about the various sales and what a good deal we were getting. I also just said I saw the baseball sheet idea on the Internet and didn't bring up SD. One lady said that oh yes how easily organized she was now with her coupons.
I have never seen so many people use coupons in my whole life, as I saw people doing this morning. People with a lot of stuff, many much more than me! It was so wild to see people like me with a big pile of coupons when usually I am the only one, or maybe one or two other at most at the register when I am checking out. This morning it was everyone and I am 100% positive there were some SDers there. Wow I never see anyone at K-mart and it was weird seeing them so busy, and so many people getting the same deals as me. Later in the day when I went to other K-marts, there were less people using coupons again, but still a lot more than normal.
In 4 runs for me and 1 runs for DH we got our stuff for about $550 - $600 before coupons (no GC's just products and clothes) and about $31 after coupons with return of $55 in RR. I used only $8 of RR's so far, so I have $47 left. Thanks Tinker for letting me know that the RR's will double fully on more expensive items. I used four of my $2 RR's to get some really nice shirts that were already on sale for 25% off. It was nice to get $4 off each shirt on top of the sale since the RR's double.
I need to go though coupons some more, but I am so tired! Must get ready for some different product deals tomorrow, as the possibilities are so many! Edge shaving cream is .39 after double MQ coupon found on sheet at the service desk (value $1 for total $2 off). My husband got four of the shaving creams.
Careful what you wish for....or, at least, wish more specifically...
The lady came today and now I want the kids to stay out of the house, too bad it wont stay this way
OHH that sounds dreamy
Seriously! A true story!!!
