This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Did everyone elses Longs Sunday paper go up to $1.50 today???? I normally get it for $0.99 and today the register charged me $1.50 EEK! I asked if they could sell it at $0.99 a paper to me since the sticker still said $0.99 and they did, "just this once." Whatever, I got my papers cheap still for this week, but who knows about next week.

I was the windshield at KM too! But the bug for the rest of the day. I just got my car back from the mechanic yesterday. I went to KM, then CVS to look for clearance (of which there was NONE..Ranting I knew there was a reason I divorced CVS!) then Target...on the way home, everything stopped working in my car, one thing at a time. first the door locks, then the windows, then the AC, then the radio, and I am on the Freeway...Finally got off the freeway and as I was pulling up to a major intersection I kept Pray for the light to stay green so I wouldn't have to stop...but I was the bug and as soon as I stopped, the car DIED. Thank goodness for AAA, RAOK in getting pushed to the side, and a bar right accross the street LMAO I had so many bags to get out of my car, it was kinda funny laugh out loud Why oh why is it when you just get to the point of paying off your car it starts to fall apart?
Aww Teri, that stinks! I hope it's something simple.

haha. I didn't do KM at all, I'm so lame. DH & the kid were sick so I just hung around with them all day. Will probably go Tues or Wed on my way to or from my next trip. Was planning to run to T tonight but the one more book for DS got me into the time zone where it's not efficient to go. So catching up online and then will go to bed early. Sounds like everyone else had nice shopping days!
I gotcha beat, we went into Kmart today and had pictures done, lady tells us we have to wait 25 mins for our pictures to load that we can walk around the store-- I didn't feel like shopping so I just stayed there and waited Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I did ask as we were leaving if they were doing doubles because they were advertising it over the intercom, but the Front End manager rudely informed me that, that was LAST week.

Congrats on garage sale. I know how much work putting a garage sale on is. I only did $400.00 at my sale a few months ago and I was beat..
