1. I agree that SeaWorld's practices aren't always ethical, however it should be noted that they do a lot of rescue work and conservation work as well. Curing injured animals to release back in the wild, partnering with other nature groups, performing/supporting environmental research, etc. Plus, they no longer breed orcas. 2. Teachers do have perks, but for a reason. The stress of dealing with often over-crowded classrooms (think misbehaving kids), over-bearing parents, admins, lack of funding, job shortages/unemployment, low pay, etc. is a huge factor in why people DON'T become educators. Without those perks, there's not many teachers that could handle those everyday stresses.
3. Other jobs that should be sympathized for often either make more money, or require little to no schooling (thus low paying).
4. There's crummy teachers out there, sure, but think of the teachers that do stay after school, that take the time to connect with students, to go above and beyond their teaching duties. These teachers have a passion for their job, and despite all the stresses, still find a way to love their job. It's those teachers that we're meant to appreciate.

yes they have to be there, teacher gets yr pass and gets 3 or 4 family one day vouchers free in which the teacher needs to be there to get in. in addition the first visit needs to be by may or something.
