Please say on topic -- discuss the deal, and stop bickering. Thank you.
This is actually misinformation.
From the FAA website:
"Don't fly within 5 miles of an airport unless you contact the airport and control tower before flying"
You can fly within 5 miles of an airport, but you just need to notify the airport/control tower. Normally you just give them a ring and they'll ask some basic question and will thank you for the notification.

This is certainly a good deal, however, I would note that people should expect the possibility of their shipment being delayed since this happened to me through other Mavic Pro retailers: My order was actually "ready for pickup" 8+ days after I ordered... which is not a total shock when you think about other in-demand tech such as smartphones, drones or VR HMDs.
FYI you can fly within 5 miles of an airport if you contact their control tower and clear your flight. Seems a lot of people here flinging crap haven't bothered to do any research.
God, enough with all this pickering... Forget about him and his stupid comments and start commenting on how to get this DJI for a better deal. God, move on!
You aren't asking for education, you are asking how to explicitly break an FAA law...the education here is to not fly within 5 miles of an airport as FAA regulations say...
