NewEgg has Mavic Pro for the normal $999, but with 5x EggPoints. That nets you 4995 Points or $49.95 in credit to use later.

"Don't fly within 5 miles of an airport unless you contact the airport and control tower before flying"
You can fly within 5 miles of an airport, but you just need to notify the airport/control tower. Normally you just give them a ring and they'll ask some basic question and will thank you for the notification.
