Just got back from Costco in the SF Bay Area (South San Francisco location) where they had the Briggs & Riley Baseline 22" spinner for $220. Given Costco's inventory practices, possible YMMV here.
This appears to be a model produced specifically for Costco that doesn't expand (Briggs & Riley doesn't make a non-expandable spinner in the Baseline series), but it's a screaming hot deal if expandability doesn't matter to you. Baseline series suitcases start at ~$500.
Still has all the features of Briggs & Riley suitcases, along with the lifetime guarantee.

Costco in Santa Clara, CA has these too. I picked up one of the B&R and a Skyway ultra-lightweight 20" spinner for $30 (this seems like it is end of stock...how much were these originally?).
It appears that the B&R is a non-expandable version of their Baseline without any CX Compression. The inside has a compression cover with straps but it's not CX. The exterior-mounted telescoping handle is not as solid as I'd expect.
Was at the South San Francisco Costco (next to SFO) last night and they still had several of these (10-15) out
Surprised to see the black Briggs and Riley U122SP-4 @$219.99 last night in the Yonkers, NY Costco. Bought one, but several boxed still in aisle. Discussion on Flyertalk re: this deal also.

0% chance you got a Briggs and Riley Baseline suitcase for $90.
Yeah unless it was used on Craigslist.

It was a few years back and it was the older model (u420XW-18). Got it for 99$

So $30 vs. $220...I will need to pick one!
