have had it for the past 5 months, using it in my college dorm, from watching BPL to playing bo3 with all my roommates. picture quality is amazing for the price. only thing where you'll notice price cut is the sound quality, but that can be solved pretty easily.
It's easy enough to add a Roku, Fire TV, PC stick, or whatever. I don't even bother using the built in smart TV functions on my 2013 Samsung because it's so clunky, slow, and janky.
not really..

decent tv, got it on sale for $400 last year, my only minor complaint is that there is some very minor backlight inconsistency, but it was a 55" 4k tv for $400 in 2016 so I dont have much to really complain about. I would buy one again, especially at this price.

I got this for the same price. Good picture but any kind of up/down infrared signal will change source from hdmi 1 to hdmi 2, or hdmi 3 to hdmi 4, and so on. While browsing with my roku remote, the TV changed its source.
